Chapter 19

The Taneja house was beautifully decorated with white Lilies and flashing lightings.

Everything was done very carefully after all it was the wedding of RT and Leela's daughter.

Since Raman was assigned to bring in the sweets,there were about Two big tables filled with different types of sweets.

Leela - "Arre Bhai dhyan se,meine aapse pehle hi kaha tha ki mujhe koi last minute preparations nahi chahiye.Shaadi abhi bas thodi der mein shuru hogi,jaldi kijiye."

After giving instructions to the workers,Leela turned around to see Kunj descending down the stairs.He was wearing a blue sherwani and was looking as dashing as always.

"Why was he married?" Wondered every girl guest in the house.

Kunj - "Arre arre maa aap itna tension Kyun leh rahi hai? Sab under control hai."

Leela - "Oho putar tension toh hogi hi na,Akhir meri Beti ki jo Shaadi hai. Waise panditji kahi dekhai nahi deh rahe."

Kunj - "Maa meri unse baat ho gayi hai,woh bas thodi der mein aate hi honge."

Kunj - "Changa putar."

"Chachuuu"

Kunj smiled,he knew exactly where this noise came from and whose noise was it.
He turned around to see Ishaan run towards him. He quickly opened his arms while Ishaan jumped on his favourite chachu.

"Hi Ishu partner" said Kunj while kissing Ishaan on his cheek.

Ishaan - "Hi chachu! Pata hai meine upko kitna miss Kiya?"

Kunj - "Kitna buddy?"

"Itna Sara" said Ishaan while opening his arms wide enough to show how much he missed his chachu

Kunj giggled and hugged him tight.

He then put Ishaan down and went towards his Nikki bhabhi.

"Hi bhabhi,how are you? Asked Kunj while side hugging her

Nikki - "Hi Kunj,bikul theekh aur Tum? And how's twinkle?"

Kunj - "Twinkle's fine,I'm fine! Aapki flight kab land ki?"

Nikki - "Bas thodi der pehle."

Kunj - "Oh great,jaiye phatafat ready hojaye Shaadi bas thodi der mein shuru hogi."

"Arre Kunj beta"

Kunj turned around to see who was screaming for him now.He saw Dadji and Beeji waiting for him at the food counter. He quickly ran there.

Kunj - "Kya hua Dadji? Aapne bulaya?"

Dadji - "Haan putar yeh dekh"

Dadji pointed his finger at the dal.It looked like the dal had fallen on the oil when it should have been the other way round.

Dadji - "Yeh Kya hai putar? Itna oily khana khahke meri sehat par kitna Asar hoga Pata bhi hai. Meri Sari exercise ki mehnat par paani phir jayega."

Beeji looked at him in disbelief.She looked at Kunj who was trying hard to control his laughter.

"Oho Dadji tussi ithe Kya Kar rahe ho?"Asked Raman intervening

Kunj thanked his stars for making Raman reach there at the right moment

Dadji - "Arre dekh na Raman iss dal mein kitna oil hai"

Raman - "Oho Dadji aap bhi na kitne kitkite ho. Jaisa bhi hai bada tasty hai."

Dadji - "Accha tujhe kaise Pata ki yeh tasty hai?

"Oho Dadji inhone khaya hua hai",said Pinni joining in the conversation

Raman - "Pinniji meine aapse kahan tha na ki meine sirf taste Kiya hai yeh dekhne ke liye ke accha hai ya nahi."

Pinni - "Haan Haan taste ke naam pe pure 2 bowl pi Gaye aap. Meri toh na death hi hojayegi"

While they were arguing,Kunj took the opportunity and slyly left the place.

He breathed a sigh of relief and started walking fast when he dashed into Bebe.

Bebe - "Oho Kunj putar dhyaan se chaal na,tera dhyaan kidhar hai?"

Kunj - "Woh Bebe woh mein..."

Bebe - "Accha woh Sab chodh yeh bata mein kaisi lag rahi Hun?"

Kunj checked her out from head to toe before continuing,

Kunj - "Arre wah Bebe bade hot lag rahe ho.Kya baat hai Bhai matlab aaj yahan pe jitne bhi ladke hai na woh aap ko hi dekh rahe honge,meri babe."

"Chal hut shaitaan",said Bebe slightly slapping Kunj's cheek.

"Kya baatein ho rahi hai?" Asked Usha coming in.

Kunj - "Kuch nahi maa mein toh bas Bebe ko yeh bata raha tha ki woh kitni hot lag rahi hai."

Usha - "Acchaji Aur mein?"

Kunj thought for a moment and
Kunj - "Maa aap toh na Kamal lag rahi ho matlab wow.Sarna Ladies ka toh koi jawab hi nahi.

Bebe - "Accha agar aisi baat hai toh better kon lag raha hai,mein ya Teri maa?"

That's it,Kunj knew he was screwed. He was stuck between his two ladies and he didn't have a place to go.

Bebe and Usha smirked while looking at Kunj's confused face.

Kunj - "Woh mein woh,mein na abhi aata Hun"

Before Bebe and Usha could say something further he ran away. Bebe and Usha on the other hand high-fived each other and laughed.

Kunj was missing Twinkle like anything and he just wanted to see her once so he decided to go meet her.

Kunj - "Exactly papa! Maa aap please chill Karo,thanda wanda piyo."

RT - "Waise beta Twinkle kahan hai? Kaafi dher se dikhai nahi de rahi hai."

Kunj - "Woh papa twinkle aur Manvi upar hai,Mahi ko tayar kar rahe hai"

RT - "Theekh hai putar."

Twinkle,Manvi and Bubbly were happily dressing Mahi up when they heard a knock at the door.

Twinkle went up to open the door.
She saw Chinki standing there with a big smile on her face. She came forward and the two bestfriends hugged each other.

After exchanging hellos and hugs with everyone,All the girls seated themselves around Mahi gossiping about how Mahi's life was soon going to change.

Suddenly Twinkle started
Twinkle - "Okay guys mujhe Tum logon se ek secret share Karna hai,Lekin wada Karo ki Tum log kisse nahi kahoge"

Twinkle looked at everyone one by one who nodded at Twinkle.

"Okay so hold your breaths,the news is that I'm pregnant",spat twinkle as she bit her lips nervously.

Now was the time for the extreme reactions.

While Manvi and Bubbly looked at each other excitedly,Mahi clutched her mouth and got up from her seat.Chinky looked at Twinkle in disbelief and as for Twinkle she was just mesmerised seeing their expressions.

Coming out of their little trance,all the girls came and hugged Twinkle tight.

"oh my god oh my god oh my god,breath Manvi breath oh my god di aap pregnant ho iska matlab mein Maasi banne wali Hun,Yayyy" said Manvi jumping up and down

"Wow,humare ghar pe ek chotu sa baby aane wala hai! Twinkle Didi and Kunj jiju ki choti princess ya prince",Exclaimed Bubbly

"Arre Bhai mein bhi toh Kuch banugi,meri bestfriend ka baby hai",said Chinky taking Twinkle in a hug once again.

Chinki - "I'm so happy for you Twinkle,tujhe itna Khush dekh Kar I can't tell you how satisfied I'm feeling right now. Looks like tere babaji ne tujhe jitna bhi pain Diya tha na uska compensation Kar Diya hai unhone itni Saari khushiyaan de Kar.Haina girls?"

Manvi and Bubbly together - "Exactly!"

Twinkle just smiled. How much she loved her sisters and bestfriend. Sometimes she wondered how would she have been able to survive if they weren't there to hold her and support her.

All the while Mahi was standing at the corner watching her sisters congratulating Twinkle.

Mahi's happiness knew no bounds when Twinkle said that she was pregnant.She was so happy that she was going to become a Maasi soon,but Mahi was afraid.Even though it had been so many years to that Yuvi incident,she still somewhere blamed herself for causing so much harm and hurting her sister.Even after repeatedly asking for forgiveness from Twinkle,she still felt guilty.

Building up some courage,Mahi walked up to Twinkle.She tried very hard to control her tears.

Mahi - "Twinkle di"

Twinkle looked up to see Mahi,she smiled.
Not being able to control back anymore,Mahi threw herself on Twinkle,crying loudly.

Twinkle was shocked by her behaviour.

"Wasn't Mahi supposed to be happy that she's soon going to become a massi? Did she do something wrong by announcing this happy news right now?" Wondered twinkle.

Twinkle "Kya baat hai Mahi? Tu roh Kyun rahi hai?"

Mahi - "Di..Di I'm so sorry,meine aaj tak aapko kitna hurt Kiya hai,aapne phir bhi mujhe maaf kardiya.Mein aapka pyar deserve hi nahi karti di."

Twinkle was sad,why did Mahi have to think about her past on her special day.They had left their past long ago.

Twinkle - "Shh Mahi shh bas.Woh Sab Jo bhi hua woh past tha,aur humare zindagi mein abb uss past ke liye koi Jagah nahi hai.Aur Abb tune agar ek aur baar sorry kahan toh mujhese bura koi nahi hoga.Okay?"

"Okay",said Mahi wiping away her tears and smiling

Twinkle then moved her hand on her tummy and started

Twinkle - "Dekho na baby,meine aapke aane ki Khabar aapki Maasi ko di Lekin woh toh Khush hi nahi hai."

Manvi,Bubbly and Chinki smiled looking at Twinkle talking to her yet to be born baby.

Mahi smiled and bend down and moved Twinkle's hand away so that she could place hers.

Mahi - "Nahi nahi baby,mein aapke aane se Bohot Khush Hun.Mein aapke aane ka wait nahi karsakti,pls jaldi se aajao!"

Twinkle's heart warmed up seeing Mahi talk to her baby like that.

Suddenly Manvi remembered something and started

Manvi - "Arre di hum toh aapse ek sawaal puchna hi bhulgaye"

All the girls looked at Manvi in confusion

Manvi - "Aapne Jiju ko yeh happy news di?"

"Nahi abhi tak nahi",said Twinkle casually

Chinki - "Lekin Kyun Twinkle,he will be so happy to know this news."

Twinkle - "Jaanti hun Lekin aaj Mahi ka din hai,jaise hi Mahi ke Shaadi hojaye gi tab mein usse bata dungi."

Suddenly they heard a knock at the door

Pinni - "Arre ladkiyon jaldi Karo mauhorat ka samme nikla jaa raha hai.Mandap pe Sab wait Kar rahe hai."

The girls quickly gave Mahi a family touch up and Manvi,Chinky and Bubbly took her downstairs.

Before Twinkle could go downstairs,her phone beeped. She moved to check her phone.

"Hi Twinkle.I really don't know if I did right by texting you.Today is Mahi's marriage na? Please congratulate Mahi from my side.Meine usse aaj tak bohot dard Diya hai aur mein aaj usse phone karke uska mood Kharab nahi karna chahta.Karan is a really nice guy,I hope woh Mahi ko woh Saari khushiyaan de jo woh deserve karti hai.I hope Mahi stays happy forever.Mujhe Pata chala ki Kunj wapas aa Gaya hai.Im so happy for you twinkle.bhagwan kare ki Tu aur Kunj humesha Khush rahe aur ek saat rahe.I'm sorry agar tujhe accha nahi laga mera text karna.And as for me,Tune mujhe Jo kahan tha uspe Amar Kar raha Hun,hopefully I will be able to become a good man.And I really hope ek din Kunj aur Mahi mujhe maaf karpaye.Dont worry ab koi problem nahi create karnewala Hun Tum logon ke liye.Anyway aapna aur Kunj ka khayal rakhna and My best wishes to Mahi.

Twinkle smiled reading the message.There was indeed nothing bad that could happen now.Their lives had finally changed.

She quickly made a mental note to reply to Yuvi later and ran outside for the wedding to take place.

Kunj on seeing Twinkle pushed her slightly with his shoulder

Twinkle while looking at him - "Kya hua?"

Kunj - "Kahan thi Tu? Pata hai meine tujhe kitna miss Kiya?"

Twinkle - "Sorry baba woh mein Mahi ko tayar Kar rahi thi."

Kunj - "Oh accha agar Mahi ko tayar Kar rahi thi toh theekh hai,jaa maaf Kiya"

Twinkle - "Oh hello,meine sorry kab bola?"

Kunj looked at twinkle and started laughing and with that twinkle started laughing too.No matter how much they loved each other,they couldn't go without fighting.It was their way of showing love.Their Tashan could never get old.

Soon Karan and Mahi stood up for the pheras.

Finally with completion of the last phera,the wedding was completed.

Both Karan and Mahi came forward to seek everybody's blessings.

Bubbly - "Iss happy occasion pe ek family photo toh Banta hai.Chalo everybody,come together for a photo."

Chinki went and stood beside the camera man.She was given the work to assemble everyone.

Slowly slowly one by one everybody started coming in.

Manohar,Usha,Anand,Nikki,Ishaan,Bebe,Leela,RT,Manvi,Raman,Pinni,Bubbly,Dadji,Beeji,Surjeet,Cherry,Mahi and the newest addition to the family,Karan.

Kunj and twinkle were the last ones to join in for the photo.

Cherry bends towards Anand and
Cherry - "Dekho Bhai,ab toh Mahi ki bhi Shaadi hogayi,meri Shaadi kab hogi?"
Anand glared at cherry indicating him to shut up.

"Arre aap Sab log na good for nothing ho by God,jaldi se ek photo bhi nahi leh sakte",shouted Cherry gaining everybody's attention.

Finally after a lot of chaos and changing places done by everyone,they took the family photo.

A happy family photo where the family was going to be together forever from now.

Twinkle took Kunj's hand and took him on the side

Twinkle - "Kunj mujhe tumse baat karni hai"

Kunj - "Haan Bol na"

Twinkle - "Yahan nahi bahar garden mein chalo"

Kunj - "Lad mein nahi tu rahi hai,aur waise kaisi good news?"

Twinkle - "Kyun abb tumhe Kyun jaana hai,tumhe toh yahi lagta hai na ki mein sirf siyaapa karti Sakti Hun aur Kuch nahi"

Kunj - "Dekh meine aisa toh bilkul bhi nahi kahan,aur nahi batana hai toh mat bata zyada attitude mat dikha"

Twinkle rolled her eyes.

Kunj - "Aur waise bhi mujhe good news jaane ka pura haq hai,bata mujhe Kya hai?"

Twinkle - "Mein Kyun batau?"

Kunj - "Dekh twinkle chup chap bata de warna..."

Twinkle - "Warna? Warna Kya?"

Kunj - "Warna mein khudh Pata lagwa lunga"

Twinkle - "Ha ha ha,so funny you are.Agar mein tumhe batanugi hi nahi toh tumhe Pata kaise chalega."

This made Kunj speechless. He realised twinkle was right.He cursed himself for fighting with her in the first place.

Seeing Kunj quiet and lost in his thoughts,she started to walk back to the house

Kunj saw Twinkle walking back and ran towards her to stop her.He came in front of twinkle.

Kunj - "Arre Twinkle mein toh mazak Kar raha tha.Tu bhi na,chal bata good news Kya hai?"

Twinkle glared at Kunj while he gave her a cheeky smile.

Hearing Kunj's genuine apology,Twinkle melted.

Kunj saw Twinkle's expression change from the angry young woman look to a soft one.

Kunj - "Haan Bol na twinkle"

Twinkle closed her eyes and bit her tongue.What did she just say? Kunj was equally confused on the other hand.

Kunj couldn't believe his ears.Did his wife just announced the happiest news of his life?

His happiness knew no bounds,after all he was going to become a dad soon.He always dreamt of starting a family with twinkle and having a small baby who he could pamper and his this wish was finally coming true.

As soon as he heard it,he started jumping

Kunj - "What? Mein,mein papa banne wala Hun? Wohooo!"

Twinkle laughed at his childish husband's antics.She was so happy to be able to give this happiness to him.

Kunj then took twinkle in his arms and kept spinning her until Twinkle asked him to put her down.Fearing she would get hurt,he immediately put her down.

Kunj - "Twinkle chal phatafat jaage Sabko baatate hai"

Twinkle - "Nahi Kunj abhi nahi"

Kunj - "Lekin Kyun twinkle?"

Twinkle - "Woh issi liye Kyunki aaj Mahi aur Karan ka din hai,mein nahi chahati ki yeh news Suna Kar Saara attention mujhpe aajaye.Aur waise bhi waqt Kaunsa bhaga jaa raha hai.

Kunj smiled listening to how maturely she spoke.

Kunj and Twinkle sat on the big swing,looking at the stars.Twinkle's head was on Kunj's shoulder and their fingers were entwined together.Both were silent.They didn't need to talk today,they didn't have to express how happy they were,their eyes and the smile on their faces expressed it.

Slowly Twinkle turned her face towards Kunj and placed a slight kiss on his neck while Kunj tightened his grip on her hand.

Kunj - "Exactly! I mean har movie ki tarah humare life mein bhi ek villain tha,The Yuvraj Luthra.

Twinkle - Aur har baar ki tarah Jeet Hero ki hi hui"

Kunj - "Hero? Kaun hero?"

Kunj smiled listening to his wife's praise

"Haan Haan udalo mazak,dekha baby aapke papa kitne bure hai",said twinkle while placing her hand on her stomach.

Kunj - "Oh hello,Papa toh bohot acche hai,bas mummy ka Pata nahi."

Twinkle - "Waise Kunj jab humara baby aaiga tab kitna maza aaiga na?"

Kunj - "Haan twinkle bohot bohot maaza aaiga.Mein humare prince ya princess ko bohot pamper karunga."

Twinkle - "Humna uska room bohot acchi tarah se decorate karenge,bohot saare toys layenge!

Kunj - Aur hum uska first step,first word Sab Kuch record karenge!"

Twinkle - "Yes ofcourse,yeh bhi koi kehne ki baat hai bhala."

Kunj - "Phir woh jab bada ya badi hogi,tab hum usse school chodhne jayenge"

Twinkle - "Haan aur hum uski homework mein bhi help karenge"

Kunj - "Hum usse morals,values aur iss duniya se laadna sikhange.Dekhna Twinkle,mein humare Bacche ko iss duniya ki Saari khushiyaan dunga,dukh ko uske karib aane bhi nahi dunga."

Twinkle smiled,She always knew that Kunj would be a great dad.

Kunj - "Lekin twinkle dekh hum lucky the ki mujhe tu milli aur tujhe mein Lekin Sab toh humesha lucky nahi honge na."

Twinkle - "Point! Waise tab tak toh hum bhi Buddhe hojayenge na?"

Kunj - "Haan bilkul,hum immortal toh nahi hai na twinkle"

Twinkle - "Very funny,buddhape mein hum ek doosre ka Sahara banege"

Kunj - "Ofcourse! That goes without saying Twinkle."

Twinkle - "Phir hum dono Ek doosre ki baahon mein aapna dum tod denge."

Twinkle got a little sad thinking about their death.She wished she lived forever with Kunj.

Twinkle - "Kunj mujhse wada Karo ki hum saath mein marenge"

Twinkle started laughing.

Kunj - "Dekh twinkle,chahe jitni bhi zindagiyan Khatam hojaye,hum phirse shuru karenge Lekin humesha saath rahenge",said Kunj while taking Twinkle's hand in his again.

"I love you Kunj" said twinkle while pecking him on his lips

Kunj - "Well mein chahta Hun ki aaj hum phirse ek deal kare Lekin yeh wali deal puri hogi!"

Twinkle - "Kaisi deal Kunj?"

Kunj - "According to the deal,hum humari iss puri zindagi saath mein rahenge,sukh mein,dukh mein aur har cheez mein.Kabhi ek Dusre se dur nahi jayenge.Jiyenge toh saath mein warna nahi.Yeh deal iss zindagi ki aur agli zindagi ki deal next janam okay?"

Twinkle looked at him teary eyed and smiled,how much he loved her and how much she loved him.She knew that both of them only asked for each other from God.

She had the perfect family,the perfect husband and the perfect life,she didn't need more.

"So meri siyaapa queen Kya kehti hai?
Deal?" Asked Kunj forwarding his hand like how Twinkle had when they first made a deal before Marriage.

Twinkle smiled.

"Deal."
