Kunj waited for Twinkle at the airport but she did not finally angry Kunj leaves and bords the flight to London...
Twinkles mother had met with an accident she tried calling Kunj but couldn't get through...
she finally reached the Airport but was late... flight had already taken off... at that time Twinkle fell on the floor and cried like a baby...
After 6 months:
Kunj had become a very serious and angry young man from a happy go lucky guy as if he had forgotten him
even when Twinkles thought came he became vv angry he could not digest the fact that the love of his life had left him Kunj had joined the family business
Twinkle was also a changed from a bubly girl to a serious girl who had forgotten how to smile
she was a successful fashion designer and had her own boutique named Twinj creations
Taneja's had shifted to ludhiana coz they thought it would be better if Twinkle had a change of place
In london Bebe and Usha daily thought how to reunite the most loved couple and make things fine
Bebe got a call from her cousin Navjot Bhalla inviting them for the wedding of their daughter Jaspreet in Ludhiana and they had also given the contract to make all the clothes for the wedding to Twinj creations...
Bebe decides to go for the wedding and Kunj also needs to go for a conference in Ludhiana...
In India
Twinkle is totally engrossed in work but at night when she is alone she hugs a picture and cries bitterly so many times Leela has seen her and is helpless...she blames herself that Because of her accident Twinkle could not go...
finally the Sarna's land in Ludhiana and Kunj again remembers Twinkle and gets serious while a wind blows passing through him as if it had given him a sense of his beloved

One day later
Bebe and Usha go to the mandir and pray that hope they get some where Twinkle exactly is at the same time Leela comes there they both are stunned to see each other but later Leela tells them the truth and they both decide to reunite them
leela also tells them how UV had betrayed them again and how Twinkle was shocked... and sent him to jail she till date tries to find out in some way but does not succeed...
Leela takes them to Twinj creations where they see her in a lovely Pink and green saree with sindoor and mangalsutra
Bebe gives her blessings from far and has tears in her eyes to see her favorite daughter in this state... Bebe had a sleepless night
next day... Bebe ask Kunj to go to Twinj creations and get her dress from there which she had to wear tode
Bebe and others follow him quitely
In Twinj creation Twinkle is sitting on a chain making some new designs as per the clients wish her hair were roughly tied in a lose bun...
Kunj enters the boutique feeling the presence of a loved one Twinkle felt the same...
suddenly she heard a rough voice which she couldn't fail to recognize and her heart skipped a beat...
finally the two were in front of each other...
at first they looked at each other and sajna ve played in the background

seeing dis chinki interupted and told him isme Twinkle ki ko galti nahii hain and she told him all what happened when Bebe Usha and Leela entered and told him the truth and how UV had behaved Kunj and Twinkle looked at each other and the others left
Twinkle was still crying...she looked at him and said sorry to him... Kunj told her Oye syaapa queen tu bhool gai k mujhe tere aankhon main aasoo achchey nahi lagte and wiped her tears
waise tu sareee main aur bhi pretty lagti hain...
Twinkle smiles
they both hug each other and say I love u to each other
and Kunj promises her to be with her in all situations
