Is divorce is so easy??

I was wondering is divorce is so easy as shown in tv, somebody takes ur signature on divorce paper by disception and it's done, couple is seperated ? Don't they go in court for proceedings, no body ask them why they waana get seperate, I mean as far as I know to get a simple marriage certificate couple has go in registrars office to show thi we face and they have to sign in deomt of them, I never imagined divorce is so easy!!or its fake?!
