kunj is yuvis step cousin.
after mahi and Yuvis marriage
twinkle is Yuvis saali
kunj is yuvis brother-in-law
yuvi is kunjs brother-in-law
mahi is kunjs saali and Yuvis wife.
so in conclusion they are step cousins and brother-in-laws. thats thier relation 😊
also hes a luthra because thats his dads surname. the surname never changes for the kids. only anitas surname would change.
