My sis said she's not feeling well so she's not going so after breskfast I'm going straight to the Gym

I haven't been to beach in years we don't have beaches nearby

Its actually real fun to just go and sit peacefully there. And anam like i already said i don't know how u do it.

I won't be able to keep up with dieting and going to the gym.

Yeah i know its so peaceful the last time I went was in 2011, the beach is very far from where i live

I'm just too motivated i have the event then cousins wedding so I have to look good, hence diet and excercise

i have no work till Monday

my manager giving hard time to my collegue i normally do most of the work as im not there she has to do everything the manager not doing nothing so bad
