Actually when Leela went to Yuvi's father she wasn't pregnant she had some other problem. Also she told to Mr. Luthra that I am very worried abt my health kyuki agr mujhe kuch ho gaya toh Twinkle ka khyal kaun rakhega. So the crux is she wasn't pregnant when she went for treatment the treatment was for some other purpose. I hope some confusion is cleared
