commenting on your post from the old thread here….. even before arriving in India Vik held ARS in very high regard (almost to his mother and father’s levels) so he has completely and utterly bought her sob story, with the jail attack on Anirudh ARS has plied on the em and once again he’s fallen for it, as Shalini’s words, how can a woman taint her own reputation with making false SA claims. And unfortunately as ARS already had a harassment filed against Ani (beginning of their relationship ) and jail sentence, Vik only sees Ani as a criminal, ARS as innocent.

It’s unfortunate that Mannat hasn’t told Vik about ARS’s murder attempts and crimes, he will find it too hard to absorb all that now it’s reached a heated situation between Mannat and himself. I can see why she didn’t because she’d also fallen for ARS’ lies til this attack. And this scene gives a perfect example of Vik hot headedness. He’s feeling Mannat is misunderstanding his reaction, it’s to protect Mannat, she feels he’s not listening to her or trusting her.

So Mannat will have to investigate on her own once again……but she’s better off this way, without Vik’s stubbornness to have to contend with.

I like this 😍 yes agree Mannat and Vikrant have gone too far for a love triangle now. Hopefully though Varun supports Mannat in her investigations (much like Gagan and Shallini did in the past), he may fall for her later, but Mannat will only see him as a friend. Vik undoubtedly will carry on throwing his punches….. all the more humble pie to be eaten when the lies are revealed….. especially with sasur Anirudh 😂

BTW is Varun meant to be Vik’s ‘brother’ or not…. there’s been absolutely no hint of that?

The way the plot seems to be scripted i Sometimes wonder if what Vikrant feels for Mannat is love or an obsession. He overthrows every proof she provides. Does not dig deeper when she narrowly escapes attempts on her life. Is ready to pin the blame on anyone based on the stories and enactment of Aishwarya . Raisingh. It appears as if vikrant lacks even basic common sense.
