It airs from Monday - Friday at 8:00 p.m. in India. Since I live in Canada I can either catch the live one at 7:30 p.m. or the repeat at 12:30 p.m the next weekday. But I usually can't catch either so I watch it online at Zee Tv's website.

If you want to watch all the episodes from the start, then definitely check out Zee Tv's official website. They have all the episodes in HD quality and even the new ones are posted within half an hour of when the new episode is released. If that doesn't work for you then definitely check out other sites like desitvbox or desi-tashan. And if that still doesn't work, then let me know and I'll see what I can do. :)

Oh! I forgot to add, sometimes what Zee TV will do is host these one-hour special events of various shows on Saturdays, called "Maha Episodes". So recently, TEI had a one hour Maha Episode. Usually they are held to create lotsof drama and kick up the TRP viewership. When we had the maha episode, it was the Jagrata and Twinkle and drank poison in it. It's a good formula to create more TRP basically. :)
