It is like every time he will touch her to help her or even by mistake she will say touch me not or don't try to find reasons to touch me

It will be her accusing him all over again

He will not be able to forget it and it will ignite the fire in him more

That is absolutely true but in Twinkle's defense she is not wrong. If in her mind she thinks that Kunj attacked her, then there's no way that she would want to be anywhere near him.
