each and every word you wrote about Kunj is so damn true.
great post indeed.
awesome write up

i have a request i aint punjabi so can you pls analysis the Title Tashan-e-ishq cz i am scared if they go back to YuvLe 🤔

Thank you so much. 🤗

I hope it makes sense. As for YuvLe, I don't think it will go back to them. More than YuvLe, I feel like TwiNj have a more balanced relationship where this tashan between them is of equal power and status. In YuvLe's relationship, Yuvi was more dominant where Twinkle was submissive. She did not stand up for herself and allowed herself to be abused. However, with Kunj she does not take his shit. She gives a tit for tat reply. In fact we have seen this prior where Twinkle has always shown Kunj attitude no matter what he did. I feel like she has this comfort level with Kunj that she doesn't have with anyone else. She can fight with him, laugh with him, hit him, compete with him, be angry, irritated - you name it and she will do it all. For everyone else we have seen one "fixed" or like emotions. But in regards to Kunj she has shown a complete range.

Loved it and my poor Virtuous man...sigh Kunj...

As for him regaining his Virtuous man title that he has lost...not sure...though he should...

What I see happening is his trust in ppl being questioned...

He trusted Twinkle on some level and now his trust in her has being shaken...he blames her for wrongly accusing him of such a heinous crime...

His trust in love also shaken as Alisha who he loved and believed loved him ...was a fraud...

Two incidents that have shaken up his pillar of belief and trust...

Will he be that selfless again...that kind...understanding...trusting person again...

Only time and CV's will tell...

Thank you. <3

It really depends on how he chooses to carry himself from here. Right now he is extremely hurting as he fallen in the eyes of everyone that he holds dear.

First he lost his faith in his first love and then everyone lost faith in him. It was too soon and it hit him too hard. His pillars have been shaken and I feel like the only one he can count on is Usha. She is the only one who has been shouting from the start that she believes Kunj and that he would never, ever do such a heinous crime. From this point forward, everything that Kunj does is for his mom.

I don't think he will be the same again. He has been really good and he has been used and taken advantage of. Alisha attempted to snatch him away from his family and loved him only for his money. She didn't bother to know who he is as a person. Twinkle has had his support and unrelenting friendship despite the multiple times she has told him to go away. He has always stepped forward to help her out even when the time didn't require it. In the small amount of time they have known each other, he would have thought that she would have been able to know just a small shred of him. But she doesn't and won't be able to until the blindfold named Yuvi isn't removed from her eyes.

He will be much more cautious and careful about who he will trust in the future and his relationship with Twinkle will never be what it once used to.

The person u love break ur trust then u break MAINLY in Alisha fiasco he doesn't have hatred after such a big deceived but in twink case it was string emotion
It is said the person u love the most only u hate him the most and twink and kunj r now connected with heart which they also don't know but the emotions come out

That is true. Despite being angry with her, he trusted Twinkle at some level. In the amount of time that he has gotten to know her, especially after everything she has gone through, deep down he knew that she was only looking out for him. There could have been a possibility that she could have been wrong, but he had to take the initiative to see for himself rather than blindly believing in his love like Twinkle has for Yuvi.

I don't know if what he feels for Twinkle is hatred. He has lost all respect for her and is extremely angry but he doesn't hate her necessarily. He understands that Twinkle has gone through a trauma and she is not able to think straight because of it. However, that doesn't mean that he will ignore the fact that by accusing him of molesting her, he has now lost his dignity and is being emotionally blackmailed into the marriage. Twinkle has being wronged by an unknown person; but Kunj has been directly attacked by Twinkle.

Wonderful analysis Gurleen.

This was a very thoughtful and insightful article, putting Kunj, his actions and ways of thinking into perspective.

Given that the writers have placed Kunj on such a moral high ground, to see him fall from grace even in the eyes of other characters is cringe-worthy and unbearable as a viewer.

Hope his current mindset does not fester into a more deep-rooted antagonism towards Twinkle, and vice versa.

Would like to see the tension between them resolved before the wedding takes place, and Kunj regaining his dignity as a moral authority.

Thank you. 😳

It truly is. My heart literally goes out to this guy. Ever since he has been shown, he has done nothing but good deeds but he still gets the short end of the stick. He is the one who is constantly being asked to make the sacrifices and compromises with his life. Unlike others, he does not have the luxury to make the vital decisions of his life. He is merely a tool that is being used by his father to ensure that he gets what he wants.

The major reason why Kunj has been unable to vocalize himself is Manohar. He feels so helpless in doing anything that he has reached a point where he is tired of defending himself because it will be like speaking to a brick wall. Living under Manohar's pressure, Kunj will never be able to thrive. Rather, he would slowly continue to wither away.

I feel like he has finally found a way to release all his frustrations. He can channel all his anger and irritation onto her and make her "suffer". Do I think he will carry through with this for long? Not really.

Kunj may say one thing, but the truth is he has a deep love for humanity. As in precap we saw him bandaging Twinkle's foot and the reason he gave was, "He would have done it for anyone else". This basic humanity that he has will be his moral compass and will prevent him from not only following his father's path but also from falling in his own eyes.

What I really want is Twinkle to find out the truth about Yuvi. I cannot accept her going into the marriage thinking that Kunj tried to rape her. I can deal with them fighting after marriage but pre-marriage, I need this to be resolved.

Kunj has been shaken to his very core, now we can only wait and see what the outcome is will he embrace his inner selfish streak or stay on the same moral path he has always been on,i hope its the latter. I just want this MU to be cleared asap/ loveddd ur post.fantastic

Normally, for other characters I would love to see them embrace the dark side just to see what they would do. But I do NOT want this for Kunj. He has been created as such a pure and honest character and I simply do not want this to change for him. I want him to be redeemed and to see back at that same spot.

That really says something doesn't it. This is a man who has done everything that his family has asked him to. He has always been the obedient and dutiful brother. He has foregone his passion and joined the business field simply because that's what his dad wanted. He has lived by his mother's values and principles and has always done nothing but good deeds.

And yet, no body believes him. The one time that he pleads before his family to believe him, no body (apart from his mother) does. Everyone else hold him guilty and do not even try to hear his side. Rather, they all avert their attention to Manohar and force Kunj to do as his father says.

In a way, everything that Kunj has done thus far was for nothing. He gave so much and got nothing in return.

He really is. He can tolerate it if outsiders and the Taneja's consider him to be wrong since they don't know him all too well. But his own family? The fact that they consider him to be guilty has totally broken him.

Kunj knew that he always has had his mom by his side but he had also thought that when time came, they would back him up to. I mean this is the same family that he wasn't willing to let go of for Alisha's sake. Now, this is the same family that has abandoned him.
