I think Mr Sarna is giving importance to twinkle...thinking that she is lucky...plus belongs to a very rich family and is also impressed by leela..the way she has handling business.
Mr Sarna seems a big fan of money and modern artificial woman...his elder DIL is good for nothing but favors her as she shows off...their wealth

No he is still awful , the only reason he's being so nice is because he's under the assumption that Twinkle is a lucky charm 😆 I'm pretty sure if Twinkle turned out to be unlucky for him he would kick her to the curb so fast 😆
