I don't remember about the rules posted to make the siggies,

but for me changing the color of a siggy doesn't mean you made two different siggy, at the end the pictures are same. Only the color change.

I'm saying so because people voted for the same siggy twice, for me it's like snatching another vote's chance from other siggies, like the above ones which too deserves to be appreciated.

Don't take it as a offence.

I understand what u mean but till now there is no specific rule on IF that says in contests one cannot make same siggies or banners with different effects in a contest .. if we implement such rule , it got to b universal and not just for one forum or contest .. so thats why right now we got to allow it ..

Members themsevles can differentiate between the siggies and vote .. so if they r still voting for similar siggies , it only means they mayb liking the effects ..

however we will see if anything can b done regarding this particular rule

I just said this because i have seen in many other contests, especially banners wale, the organisers asks to not send the same banner with just the color/effects changed.
In fact i stated that i did not know about the rules that where posted at the begining of this contest.
And my words didn't mean that the organiser should change something, I just stated my POV and of course I'm not asking that this rules should be applied to one forum only. In fact I Pmed another moderator about the same, this is happing everywhere on IF, except for few contests.

Again this is not to ask or farce the TM to make changes.
She/he did an awesome job, i know it's not easy to organise this type of contests.

At least with this post of you are thinking of makinf few changes, I'm happy know it.
