Actress Beena Banerjee, the thespian with more than 200 films in a career spanning more than 40 years, has bagged yet another challenging role on TV.
After being part of Colors' Uttaran, the lady is presently seen in Star Plus' Tere Sheher Main. Now Beena has been roped in to play an important role in Zee TV's upcoming show, Tashan-E-Ishq, produced by Esselvision Productions.
As we know, Tashan-E-Ishq will have a Punjabi backdrop, and will be a show which has mixed elements of love, family drama, romance, emotions and comedy.
Tellychakkar.com has been exclusively reporting about Zain Imam and Jasmine Bhasin playing the leads. We have also written about Bhupinder Singh, Vaishnavi McDonald, Ashwin Kaushal playing prime roles.
As per a reliable source, "Beena will play the role of the male protagonist's grandmother."
