So much over reaction by jethalal... 😡
r employees not suppose to take any day leave ?? And its not that bagha didn't told him the reason - he did said he is taking leave for personel work...
aare bhai 1 din ki chutti hi toh le hai...itna overreaction kyu ?? 🥱

Hai na ? Even I thought so.. He said he has personal reasons ... It was casual leave and he is entitled to have that... Now personal reasons can be anything... Gf ke sath ghumna bhi😆

Yes, fully agree. Jethiya is reacting too much. But actually its not his fault. Its all Asit Modi ka kiya dhara. Har ek baat ka batangar banane ka kosis karte rahte hai, koi ideas jo nahi aate ab unke dimaag me 😡

I too feel that Jethiya is being a little inconsiderate. But I reckon apart from CVs lack of ideas, lately both Nattu Kaka and Bagha have been getting a little out of hand. He's repeatedly forbidden Bawri from coming to the shop and yet for one or the other reason, they have been disobeying him.

Jethalal was this really shrewd and accomplished businessman but Gada Electronics has become a bit of a joke lately.

I thought bagha didn't give advance notice, didn't he just phone to say he's not coming to work on the day itself. I doubt jethalal would be angry if he just took a normal holiday and booked the day off in advance.

This is how a casual leave is suppose to be. They are not applied in advance. . Casual leaves mostly rely on phone calls. He is hurt because he doesnt believe in proffessionalism. Lets analyse a few situations to understand that

1. Nattu kaka and Bagha attends all parties and functions of Gokuldham. Why ?? the society functions functions are meant for society members and not their employees.

2. Bagha most of the time intervenes Gadas internal problems for which he is not employed. Like looking for Choco- Moco choclates or helping Jetha to find his stolen purse doesn't really come under his job profile.

3. Nattu kaka acts as a de- facto ruler of Gada electronics.He deliberately gives away electronic stuff to Sundar and Tappu without consulting his boss ?

4: During Bagha- Bawri love confession, Daya gave him some money to dress himself like a hero which is totally unprofessional in first place. They were quite cool over the loss of 50,000 rupees either

5. Bawri feels welcomed in Gada electronics although the owner has repeatedly asked her to keep away from his workplace.

Where do you find professionalism here ? So, when Bagha now asks for a casual leave for spending some time with his Gf, Jetha feels offended. Stupid fellow !!!
