Best character in TMKOC

Dear friends
Lets discuss who has been the best character of TMKOC. The characters should be judged on the basis of consistency and growth. For example, Dayaben was a great character but now she is becoming monotonous. Please reply.

For me, i wud say the best character is Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal, he has been consistent in his performance with no over acting at all, it is always a pleasure to watch him, till date, i have never found him irritating at all

same here priyank.... jethalal is really interesting.... and dilip makes jethalal more likeable.... I get irritated with daya some times.... in the past as she used to do same things.... but i never found jethalal boring and irritating.... everytime i found him really entertaining..... so jethalal 😃

Jethalal is certainly good. I also feel that Bhide and Abdul have been consistent. And we should also not forget champaklal.

The only problem with champaklal's character is he becomes too hyperactive at times always shouting at poor jethala but the person who has played the character (donno his name) is excellent

yes, bhide and abdul is also good, well we dont get to see much of abdul

But I think Champaklal is still one of the most consistent character. Chapaklal is played by Amit Bhatt.

well i dont like the charector of Champak lal a lot.... i m like okok kind of thing... the reason is he is quite based when it comed to jethalal.... sometimes he didnt give chance to speak what was the matter.... he just scold him badly in front of everyone....😡 the Actor is doing great job... but here we are talking about charector..... i like the charector of Madhavi a lot too.... really understanding wife....😃

I agree with you binie. Madhawi is certainly good. However, I think that we like these fringe characters more because they are not been given the chance to develop or evolve. Take for example Babitaji. She could have easily become one of the most evolved characters as she shares more space with Jethalal than other side characters. However, she has been doing the same stuff, though consistently.

Dilip joshi for sure.. he has talent oozing out of him.. i used to watch him since yeh duniya hai rangeen.. and he bowled me over in shubha mangal savadhan.. prolly one of the bset comedy shows in indian television..

Jethalal has done nothing but gave us his best.. you can never get bored of him..

I also like taarak mehta.. prolly cuz he talks in shaayar kum lekhak way.. haha
