What an analysis.! I too had stopped watching SwaRagini. But yesterday went ahead and got a picture of what was happening. I am looking forward to this leap so desperately, hoping against all odds that at least now there will be no villains except for the strife between the two. Mostly I am looking forward to that revenge mode Sanskaar. I am dying to see him back and cannot stop grinning at the fact that it might just happen.
It is sooo good to be back in this forum. Viji, I have missed you. Missed your writings, your takes, your different views and your Mahabharat refrences. š
Glad to be back and especially to see this brilliant post on SwaSan and their intricacies
Keep rocking!

Your random cogitations just add more sense to coming track . I am super excited to this how this unfolds. We have seem them in pain , sacrificial mode, being stupid, in loveš³. They always had each other watching their back even if one of them stumbled midway and together they work wonders. Now I am so looking forward to see how Swasan portray this intense emotion of ..I don't call it hate but ..tashan from both sides. We have seen them standing together now standing against each other ,I am sure we are up for treatš³And what a post ..Jahapana Tussi grt ho šš Your Mahabharata references are just bang on.How rightly said ..Our past actions have their own repercussions where as our present choices determine our future course and yet how we are influenced by our upbringing , insecurities, beliefs rooted deep down the heart .Your analysis of Swasan character totally gave a new perspective to ponder upon and you are awesome like alwaysāļø darlinLoveLuckyPS; I may be back with more š ramblings of my own on this post.
Dear Viji,
As usual a brilliant post, will get back in detail on this.I know I am digressing, but reading your Mahabharata Analogy about Bhishma's vow leading to the Kurushektra, there is another analogy that comes to mind, as how much weight should one's vow carry and what exactly is dharma. (this is what my brother told me which he heard in one of his corporate management seminars at XLRI)A certain legend has it that when Arjun balked at the thought of waging a war at his brothers and family members and for a few moments appeared not to be moved even by Krishna's Geethopadesa, Krishna started preparing to take up arms on Arjuna's behalf. An aghast Bhishma questioned him, "How can you take up arms, Krishna, you vowed not to do so. Is your action not against dharma?Lord Krishna is purported to have replied, "vows carry significance only in relative terms, when the circumstances change, sticking to one's vows is foolhardiness. After your father's death, when your mother, Satyavati, herself pleaded with you to set aside your vow of celibacy, it was not dharma that made you refuse but your sense of ego. And that refusal is precisely the reason why we are here, at this battlefield. And in the battlefield, it is one's dharma to wage a war, if Arjun does not, as his charioteer, I shall. That is Dharma "And indeed, we use the words Bhishma Pratignya and Dharmayudh so easily, without pausing to think what they actually mean.love,Nyna
