Regarding your contract, if you have genuine issues with it and promises made to you have not been acted upon, plz take it up with the relevant authorities and governing bodies like CINTA. File a complain stating you have been cheated. There are other forums too to help you. I am all in for fighting for ones rights and justified causes. So plz, take this matter up with the relevant authorities.
The whole issue is Ragya and especially Ragini were hoping that with this FP track, she will become mahan and Ragya will be liked by all and sundry. But the reality is starkly opposite. The audience has not forgotten Ragini kidnapping her sick and ailing mother and holding her hostage for her selfish motives. The trp aunties who liked a grey Ragini and could understand with her obsession and can do anything attitude for Lucky just laughed outright for her attempts. Rather than becoming mahan and loved as much as Swara, if not more than Swara, she was mocked and laughed at for that cock-n-bull plan. It is this disappointment that has fueled the IV.
People used to like Negative Ragini, but now they laugh at her antics to be Mahan thanks to the illogical redemption track that was rushed by the cv's owing impatience. No proper time was given for people to adjust and accept the new Ragini which has lead to her overnight changing of colurs to be viewed as comedy. Some patience and time ought have been given to the cv's for a proper redemption track of Ragini. Ragini's condition now is change in haste and repent later.
The original Swaragini montage shows Swara in a rickshaw heading towards the audience, i.e., going forwards or in the right direction. Ragini is shown to be on another rickshaw that is moving away from the audience, or the opposite direction or the wrong direction, i.e., away from the audiences which means she would turn negative or grey.
Regarding working professionals airing ones views and grievances in public platforms. The next time someone asks you about how your work or work life is going, plz stand up on a table and then shout out your grievances, how you don't get what you actually deserve, your exceptions, injustices against you, how you get paid for merely being there and doing min to zero hard work, and how you have been cheated etc etc etc. And do it 3 - 4 times (Lunch time in Canteen, Appraisal time, Company annual function, Promotion Interview etc etc times) in public gatherings and then take the effort to tell everyone here how amused and inspired your boss and HR manager and company was, and how you were given your dream job profile, pay package, perks, etc etc.
Airing once grievances or taking a stand for ones right is all good and should be done. But there is a proper way or channel or method or procedure of doing that. Follow the procedure and ppl will support you whether they are a fan or not.
Lastly, RS is being really sweet and nice in the face of all this whining. Had all this happened in EK's show, she would have out, without a job and nearly nil job prospects in the tv industry in no time.
