I have certainly a different take here...why was the need for Namish to walk by her when she was on the floor. I think he was purposely passing by thinking that Teja might ask for help...but she did not...and asked Akansha to help her...!!!😉

And idk...may be they had a small nok-jhok...because in the whole olv..they were having fun and were talking to everybody except each other...koi nii...inn dono ka aisa hi hai...bina jhagde raha nahi jaata kuchh time baad khud jaayenge and will look for reasons to talk to each other...so guys just chill!!! Nothing to worry!!!
