Hello Lucky. This is the first time I am commenting on your threads. Thanks for making this thread and welcoming everyone to share their views,but you must remember that majority will decide what we should opine to a particular scene and can't disagree with them. I am really very hurt that I am not a loyal swasan fan because I don't support Swara's comment in her monologue. I am yet to see when cvs will butcher Sanskar in the upcoming track, what will be our friends' reactions. Why can't we agree to disagree! Yes, I was pissed off with the cvs and I might have made some comments against Swara but that doesn't prove that I don't love her or my love for Swasan is fake. ___ Aparna. 😊

P. S. --- I am extremely sorry if I have hurt anyone by my post 😊

Thanks for d post..my views differ from you & many for the last night epi..but i respect your pov...

And i m saying this in general and not to anyone in particular---

Its ok to have different opinions...in fact its great...because we then tend to analyse the situation, lines, actions more...it paves way for a healthy discussion which is immensely enjoyable...

But but but, not accepting other's pov and trying to force someone to think what we r thinking is right, is just plain ridiculous.. I dont know why this forum has turned into a war zone...why cant we just cordially discuss and agree to disagree...

Why sarcasm , mocking is needed... I just don't get it..

I love this place as i have made friends here...i love to read the amazing stories wriiten by hugely gifted writers...i love to share my love for swasan here..

This place is where i come when i want to be happy...

And i wont stop coming here because people have lost their patience to be patient...i will come, read good posts, share my pov, try to make good posts ...

I will praise swasan and enjoy what i love about them..

I will complain about swasan and say what i dont like about them.

In short, i will celebrate swasan as I always have!!

Please, for God's sake, let us all allow a civil, sane discussion without finger pointing and name calling. At the most, if one disagrees completely with what the other is saying, it doesn't hurt to just agree to disagree.

I, for one, would love to see this forum cross 1000 pages, 2000 pages even. And go from the 150th SwaSan AT to the 250th. Or 500th. Can we please have an atmosphere of peace and congeniality while we are doing that?

This is precisely what we all need to remember - that when I or any of us for that matter, disagree or agree, it is with respect to the matter at hand.

I agree or disagree with what you say or what you state is your opinion. Unfortunately, it is taken as though I agree or disagree with you.

There is a huge and significant difference between both - the former is an objective statement of facts and the latter is a subjective judgement being passed, which simply spoils the entire atmosphere.

As you rightly said, the best way is to simply state - Let us agree to disagree. We have done it on this thread and I appreciate that understanding with which the requests have been heeded.

I would also like to say that there is a fine line btween expressing your opinions,saying something you dont like... And to go ahead and seriously start bashing and degrading the characters...some posts have been really objectionable to me as a swasan fan and i dont support them at all..it hurts my sentiments as a fan.

Raise your objections..it's fine..not asking you to turn a blind eye to the flaws... Coz when we can love them, we can also dislike some traits..and that is ok.. But not to the extent that you start tearing the characters apart...

Ps: sorry if i sound rude and hurt anyone..this is my heartfelt opinion..i have never stopped anyone from raising their pov.i like discussions and debate..its totally ok wid me..but when people start bashing and mocking and degrading the characters to great extent, it hurts... And this is for BOTH sanskar and swara... I am a swasan fan and these two r two halves of d whole

i am not hurt by ur post

see i do not have problem in having different pov

i was hurt with sanskar during malkin track but i never bash him or mock him

sometime it okay to be hurt when u cannot relate to a character which u like

what i dislike in this thread is constant mocking of swara character and name calling

it like for some members sanskar is superior to swara so swara should alway be ever grateful to him for marrying her amd like she was served everything in her life in gold plate

do they forget swara's hardship

so who had called swara greedy and selfish and pampered i am against them here

Well put, Sumi. I wound venture to say, that this difference is between criticizing/ expressing disapproval of what a character does, versus criticizing/ expressing disapproval of what a character Is.

There is a difference between the two. Half the problems arise because of lack of restraint/ differentiation between the two. Several posts are made attacking what the character Is, which is obviously offensive and distasteful. And several other times, people who merely call out what the character does, are attacked stating that they are 'bashing' the character. Both these reactions are uncalled for. 😕

I have no problem with expressing anyone's view and I have never questioned her motives and her character just like any other diehard swasanians. Ya,I was pissed of with the cvs but what amazes me that everyone is labelling the other as faking their love for swasan. For once can we ponder over the fact that everyone loves swasan in their own way. ...may be inclined to anyone more but that doesn't prove that they don't love swasan as much as others. Some of them may be carried away too far but can't we explain them peacefully instead of labelling them same way.

yes am a die hard swasan fan since past 10 months ...have spended a lot of my tym thinking abut them n reading their ffs and all and I have a right to say my views whether u like it or not ...I jus don't care

@TM see i completely agree wd u abt that particular scene it did break the flavour of swasan in many ways nd i do agree that Swara behaves like personality disorder in the whole MU track.there is nothing remain in dis track that now i am more than happy that this horrible mess is getting over.

but i guess u get where i am hurt i guess.Expressing disgust abt that scene is ok ad welcomed bt tell me whats the point of calling her double-faced selfish money minded opportunist and faking luv fr sanskar.
Srry bt the later part is definitely nt criticism bt clear cut bashing which is nt needed.
