I think you are missing the whole point Soumi. People aren't mourning what is yet to come. People are mourning whats already happened! Kiska shraddha hai you ask? Well, try Sanskaar ke dimaag ka, Swara ki sensitive & humane side ka, SwaSan ke rishte ka, Swara - Shomi ke rishta ka. People are mourning THIS loss. What is to come next is nothing to what has already happened.
I think today's OLVs must have answered you about the ML thing? So I wont elaborate on it. But let me add one very important thing here, which most of you optimistic cheerful people are missing. The journey is what matters, how you reach a place is more important than the final destination. And this track has ruined SwaSan journey. What was promised was a SwaSan love track. What we got was a personality loss track. You can deny it all you want but not many are getting convinced. This is not the Swara we knew. This is not the Sanskaar we loved. Because if someone has to keep explaining & defending the character's every single action to others that itself proves that the script is weak. Character mein dam ho toh usko defend nahi karna padta. Strong script & writing do that work! (The reason why people were willing to forgive Ragini after she was exposed the first time was because she was written in that manner where people saw her side too. They may not agree with her methods but they felt for her. I am using Ragini as an example here. Please dont turn this post into a Ragini centric one). The very fact that people have to defend Swara time & again proves that the character has been left with no strength of its own. And this is what is reflected even in the TRPs. You can blame Colors, Ashoka, Kasam all you want but a major portion of the blame lies with the weak storyline & the complete assassination of characters for every new negative entry. This has become a trend now & will continue till finally the show is shut down. You can be complacent about it. I cannot be. That doesn't make you better or me worse. It is after all an opinion & we all are entitled to ours since this is an open forum.
Just because everyone isnt taking the head in the sand approach doesn't mean you get leave to mock them. Many are invested in SwaSan to a great extent. So maybe before you call them rondu & quitters & tell them how their QUIT QUIT is not appreciated you should try to understand where they are coming from? The negativity isn't non existent. It is very much present...in the show & hence its spilling over here.
I am not a pessimist. But I am a realist. And also I hold people to their promises. Had the makers not promised me anything I would have been OK with this drivel which is the current track. But I am not OK being made a fool of.
