Nandu my dear pal🤗🤗
When I saw the title I was a bit sad that it's the epilogue and that the story is coming to an end. Then you said it's epilogue part one. I can't tell you how happy I'm that I don't have to let go of them just yet.😳
😳 I am having a rather tough and emotional time letting them go myself, I must tell you. 😉 I've been all emotional and teary right from the end of Chapter 5...sometimes I get so upset with myself! But this is how I usually am, after I finish a fic. Thanks so much, your warm and lovely comment made me feel so much better that day.🤗
I absolutely loved how swara stood firm by sanskar and helped him get over his guilt. It's always Sanskar who is shown as the caring understanding partner who would stand by his love even if the world turns against him and although it is evident that swara too loves him as deeply it is still wonderful to read it rather than know it but never see it, as it happens in the show.
Sanskars guilt and his penance were all beautifully written.
He, ever logical, chose action rather than simply stewing in his guilt.
His sincerity to the things ( or people ) he's passionate about is so impressive that I can't help but foolishly fan girl over him.
I wanted to show that aspect of Swara---her standing steadfastly and determinedly by Sanskaar. I agree with you that in the show, they show Sanskaar's love as being more caring, more steadfast. While we know that Swara loves him just as much, in the show they do shortchange that portrayal a wee bit. I wanted to show an equal intensity from her side, too---and I am so very glad that you loved this.
Sanskaar---he is just so resolute, focused and determined na? That's one of the best things about him. True to his nature, to his inherent integrity and sincerity, he feels tremendous remorse at his plotting (albeit amnesia driven) of the past several weeks. But logical and driven as ever, he realizes that just wallowing in his remorse is pointless. Instead, he channelizes that into something tremendously positive---taking their firm to ever greater heights.
The bit where Sanskar talks to her about his lost memoris and her promising him that they can make new ones together was so sweet.
I'm a sucker for all things fluffy and that has to be my favorite part in this update.
(Yep. It's won over the honeymoon special parts. I know, I'm surprised too.😆)
😳 😉 🤗 So very glad you loved that part---I was quite emotional while writing it. Again, I wanted to show how Swara determinedly stands by him. She comforts and reassures him, that they can always make new, wonderful memories in their lives together from now on. And he can always view those precious memories of their past, through her eyes, with her as his witness.
His joy at remembering a part of their past was so contagious I myself was smiling like a idiot here.
Sigh. My babies are finally happy.
🤗 🤗 So very happy to hear that. As a huge SwaSan fan, it is a huge compliment for me when you say reading this could make you feel so intensely.
You've done, as always, a wonderful job. If anything they get better and better.
I can't wait for more.
Thanks so much yaar, Nandu. The warmth of your comments is so very motivating. 🤗
Lots of love
Nandini
PS: The descriptions on Thailand was really great too. I'm going to use it as reference when I visit the place.😉
😳 So glad you loved them. I really enjoyed myself on my visit to Thailand a couple of years back. And poured all those affectionate memories into the setting descriptions. 😊
