I was SO thinking just now, that a via media might be the best option after all. Just like you said. Building new memories and then getting all the invaluable earlier ones back (while retaining the later "first time" ones). 😉
Have the cake and eat it too!! For both Swara and Sanskaar! Not to mention, for us, too!! 😆
If it plays out this way, I might even tolerate that banyan tree hewn bloke, for I would be too giddy with happiness at these duplicate first time memories, supplementing and enriching the original first time ones. 😉
Am I making sense too? 😳 ☺️
Dear Viji,
I do not care if I am not making sense. Here is an elaboration of my "duplicate" first times☺️
Scene 1 - Yet to be decided location - maybe MM house - Swara chances on Sanskaar Photo and turns to run away colliding into Sanskaar and both crashing to the floor (and what a fall it was - maybe I should change it to a Sofa) Swara as usual on top of him and does not recognise him as he has not been shaving for quite some time and has worn dark glasses. (it happens in serials - no objections allowed) She stays there, with vague memories of another lifetime and Sanskaar gives a repeat his most Sanskaari line till date "Swara, tum mere upar ho"
[Background - A tree of an indeterminate genus, rooted to its spot - very appropriate expression. Audience - me - and my knees going weak]
Scene 2 - Mr. Wood's house (exact sequence of events leading to this not material) where his mother, Ajattara (a Finnish evil spirit of the forest) is spewing venom at Swara. Mr. Wood, as usual in the background, slightly rustling (again a very suitable expression). Sanskaar is unable to bear what Swara has to go through and holding her hand tightly leads her to the mandir and fills her maang - yet again. Swara holds his wrist but is unable to stop him - yet again and this time the flood of memories causes her to faint - in Sanskaar's arms.
[Audience - me - sinking into the chair making loud sighing noises]
Scene n - Mr. Wood emitting a burning smell and turns into dead wood (exquisitely performed👏) while his mother Ajattara pushes Swara into the river (in line with what was mentioned in The Alchemist - Everything that happens once can never happen again. But everything that happens twice will surely happen a third time). Sanskaar will save her and take her to the hospital where in typical bBollywood fashion (not that dratted wood again😡) she regains her memory and her first word is "Sanskaar" Overjoyed, Sanskaar gently lifts the love of his life in his arms to take her home. (My most favourite -est-est scene )to the tune of the ethereal Sanskaar BG)
[audience - me - completely prone on the bed lost in bliss - did you know that the view of SwaSan heaven from this angle is...heavenly]
I am lost - and truly do not care if I do not make any sense.
love
Nyna
PS: Feel free to write the scenes 3 to n-1😊
