I entirely respect your POV. But I think the main problem (and of her fans too) is that even though her track just ended, it was a rushed track. Divorce, Redemption and Remarriage all in a week or 2. It wasn't properly handled at all, which many fans including Swasan and Raglak fans themselves admitted. It was a very short and improperly executed track that has made her acceptance as a positive lead that much difficult. Even now, she doesn't have a proper track except as a detective. Even so, she's given weird dialogues and the CVs haven't focused much on character development at all. As for Varun and Namish, I feel that they would be in the same position to say so and quit if they aren't given proper tracks. Even though Varun and Namish have been given less attention at times (typical of male leads in Indian serials), they were at least given proper tracks (Eg. Sanskar's redemption track). I feel that it is a rational decision from her part. If an actor isn't given a proper track (at least logical in some sense), I think they are at liberty to quit and many actors have done that (despite what fame they may gain from the show as I think all actors would want a good role as well).
