Kavya is an actor and has come with the motive of Maheshwari destruction. She is not dead, just faking it.
Faking her death???? Police dead body check nahi karti kya arrest Karnes se pehle? Until and unless police finds the body how can the declare kavya dead because according to the law a person is alive till then - police can't declare someone dead if he or she is missing- they search first and then declare them dead with proofs
This is a telly serial... non-logical things have already happened in SR in the past... nothing new...
And besides that...i have yet to watch the OLV...but from the WU...the police said that it was a gruesome murder... so which may mean that the physical identity is destroyed...and the body is recognized on circumstantial evidence.
I strongly doubt that is Kavya is dead... the CV's will not kill her that fast...😆
What i did not get is why they not going to release the men barring Lakshya, inspite of bail?
