trps are not measure by single epis...they count the ratings of the entire week...so a particular epi bringing in 3.3 is impossible...3.3 ratings is possible for entire week but not single epis...otherwise SR would have taken the slot of Naagin or KKB in the position...how do i know abt trps..i learn it from my friends in JA forum...they know abt the trps system..how it works...thus they taught me...

only Naagin trps are measured on single epis of 2 days and divide it...becos the show airs on weekends and not a daily show...the same goes with reality shows...they have a different calculation for weekends shows and weekdays shows...

a show like SR...romance is only part of it...its the drama that works...

but akki TRPs of single epis r measured so its possible that 4 this particular epi it has fetched TRPs but then later on declined waise bhi they measure it in terms of no. households/viewers per epi then divide it by 4 or 5 or 2 as per airing of epis per week.

Yeah that's possible so it might be 3 or 3.3 while other days it fetched near 2.4 or 2.5

@tiny15...i still believe a single epi can't bring 3.3 with the new system becos if you divide it for the entire week...it brings in big numbers not 2+ trps...

if a single epi brings in 3.3...after 2 days of calculations...Naagin trps would have touch 7+ inclusive of urban+ rural areas...it would not have stuck with 5+...weekends shows calculation for fiction shows is based on single epis than calculate with the 2 epis...thus i am giving an example...here SR is airing for 5 days...inclusive of urban+rural for an entire week with a single epi clocking 3.3...the numbers should be big..

well we can't argue...hope they speed up the track...the slow space is also a result of declining trps...

@bold i think it mite b either 3 or 3.3.i can believe it 4 single epi but rest 4 epis if din't gain much or had TRPs in 2 then its possible that nos shudn't b big

@tiny15...i completely agree...there should be a balance b/w swasan relationship and the drama...but here everything going in a slow pace...just look at the speed lakshya took ragini's signatures...it took a few weeks...when they could have done it within 11/2 week...the pace is too slow...infact they are dragging till the wedding so that every bomb falls on swasan's wedding day...as we all know the history of indian television...drama in marriage is golden goose for trps...what they don't understand this dragging is making the show boring rather than interesting...they need to pen down some interesting tracks...family bondings is biggest usp...they can cash in that...YHM is one good example...thats why the trps are still 3+...there is a balance of family bonding...romance and drama...they can use this tactic to drag the major drama till swasan wedding and drop the bomb...but here look at the sub plot track...all this ghost track...black magic track...repetitive stuff...'jiji kush nahin hai' jaap...my ears are bleeding hearing the same dialogue in every single epi...its all negativity in the show...there should be a balance of negativity and positivity...but i guess this is what works for RS...nonsense drama...just look at SSK...SNS...even that new show in SP with shilpa shirodkar...

I seriously hate these TRP Aunties..!!They just want female lead to cry suffer and thrown out of the house..!! They stop watching a show when Lead Jodi is happy or tension free..!! This means our TRP Janta to forget their own tension they want to see reel couples of TV to cry cry and cry..!!!
