Sanskaar's Room

Sanskaar sank down near bed holding back his tears

She did it again .breaking his heart into pieces, not even a second thought

You deserve this Don't you??For daring to dream again about your future with her, by giving into your flaring hopes😕

Her words ringing in his ears In the court room

'"Thak gayi hoon main ladte ladte , har baar apni begunaayi ka aur phir apne pyaar ka saboot dete huye..Aur nahi lad sakti main...mujhe divorce chahiye", nahi rehna hain mujhe iss risthe main your honour "

Didn't she trust him enough to make right decision for them or Did he hurt her so much?

Kyu swara?? Kyu??

Y don't you question yourself said his inner voice. You pushed her to this extent, Do you remember her confession, how she begged and pleaded you swearing before god about her love, asking you to stop her from leaving. .but you were too selfish to protect your heart. And you let her go

Then the dramatic turn of events on the eve of new year ,His ex GF kavita whom he believed to be dead 5 years ago turns up, much to his shock ,claiming her love for him ..

Swara backed out leaving decision to him but was it..

Too late sanskaar, You lost her

Swara' he broke down into tears, His room echoing her name

Her silent sobs calmed down a bit, but still how is she going survive this

A life without sanskaar. .Life has always been unfair to her when it came to love ...whatever it was she always stood up to the crisis life has thrown at her ..She's too tired to fight any more

She could fight the world for sanskaar but only if he stood with her, when she thought everything would be fine, they would be back together life threw yet another crisis in form kavita, the same kavita for whom sanskaar went to the extent of destroying his family..

The turmoil nd agony she had been going through from that day and she knew sanskaar was going through the same , If her stepping back leaves him only with kavita and put an end to this pain she's ready to let him go, if it is equivalent to giving up her own love & Life - Her Sanskaar

One day Back

Sanskaar was taken back with the idea of engagement with kavita, Things are happening too fast when he knew his choice ,he can't lead kavita into this anymore but he can't out rightly reject her, knowing she didn't have a say in turn of events , that's his only concern

He made it clear to his family and kavita as well, Though he and swara and have signed the divorce papers still the proceedings are pending and swara is still his wife until court declares them to be divorced and he can't get engaged to kavita when he is still lawful husband of swara .

Kavita was definitely unhappy but she couldn't contradict his point

Sanskaar thought this could buy him some time .. He would meet swara meanwhile and sort this mess out

Miraculously next day he got summons from court for divorce proceedings, definitely somebody didn't want him to get back with swara. He didn't want to contemplate his options on who might have done this, Fine whoever it is if they want their answer, they will get in the court

Court Room

Swara came along with her maa baba, and he turned up with laksh and bade papa,

They crossed their paths, eyes meeting each other, their eyes lighting up at sight of each other ,how he just wanted to rush to her take her in his arms, Thousand words were springing up in her mind she could make sense of nothing.. she was just lost looking at him staring blank

She looks tired, Her eyes look swollen ,He thought don't worry swara. I would set everything right

Shona She was drawn back into this world with her mother's call .. Chale ,, she nodded her head and they moved in

Proceedings started, swara looked utterly blank while sanskaar was glancing at her now & then worried and their turn came and before sanskaar could answer.. Swara told her decision,

His world came down crashing with her every word, he couldn't make out sense of anything happening around him., Judge was asking him something, but what ?

Sensing the situation laksh had word with lawyer and proceedings were postponed to next day

She didn't dare to look at him and left from there while his teary eyes never left her sight until she disappeared out of his sight

Swara ; This is the end ..sab khatam hogaya...

Sanskaar wiping his tears ; no this can't be the end of this and this cant end like this. He wanted few answers...

He gets up to leave for baadi and opens the door to find kavita there

Kavita ; Sanskaar ..What wrong with you, you locked yourself up for so long, I was worried

Sanky; Kavita . I am fine , I have to go somewhere

Kavita ; Are you still worried about court proceedings .. Dont worry .. you will be free of your majboori main huyi shaadi ..when I met swara this morning ..I made it clear

Sanskaar who is about to leave turns back ;You met swara.??

Kavita was scared looking at his blood shot eyes and intensity with which he questioned

He came close to het holding her shoulders ; (In a slow deadly tone) Kavita I asked you something .. Did you meet swara?

Kavita ; I ..I ..I just wanted to make sure that we..

That was final thing sanskaar would have wanted to hear

Sanskaar ; There are No we( he shouts.). and It will never be.. do u get that.. If u don't get it I will come back and explain but I have more important things to deal with right now

Shomi opens the door only to find sanskaar

Looking at sanskaar she senses something is terribly wrong, he looked shabby and broken but there was kind of rage & intensity on his face

San:Maa( Pauses for a sec)... Swara?[

Misthi kaun hain , Comes shekar

He sees sanskaar and his jaw tightens.. tum yaha .. .shomi stops him shekar jaane do usse

Shekhar ;Lekin misthi ...

Shomi looks at him with expression trust me . and he lets him in Sanskaar shona apne kamre main hain

San; Thanks Maa and he rushes in

He storms inside pushing the door

Hes here ... she could not believe her eyes, She just wanted this moment this freeze

Swara ; san ..Sanskaar tum yaha

Sanskaar ; Didn't expect me right or you thought like always I would abide by your decision and stay mute...

Swara; tum ye ..

San ; You did it .swara once again

Swara ; what are u talking about?

Sanskaar ; You promised me that you would never doubt me.. you would trust me but you didn't You thought I was not capable to decide by myself what I want in life and you took decision of our life again like always , you decided this was best for us. .Didnt you? Getting divorced

Swara; (bringing up a strong face ) that's what you wanted Sanskaar , u wanted me go away from your life and ,

Sanskaar; Wow Swara. You took my words quite seriously this time, Lekin swara isske pehle main haazarr bar ye bol chukka hoon aur jata chukaa hi ki mujhe tumse kitna pyaar hain and how much I want you to be part of my life ...But you never took them seriously. Then Y now swara ?

Yes I wanted you to be away from me because I was scared .damn it .(. holding swara's shoulders) Meri Taraf Dekho Swara , Yaad hain tumhe, I told you I am ok to go away from you at that moment because I Didn't want my heart to break again ..Every time I think of coming close to you .I fear a heart break. . I tried to stay away from you but I can't ( comes back her cupping her face in his hands) ..Every min I live with the thought you not being with me.I die ..because I am madly and hopelessly in love with you.

He turns back from her...

San ; And I hate the fact how you hold the power to break me and you did it again

She was too dazed to say anything. .His every word sinking into her .her eyes welling up with tears she closes the distance between them by embracing him from back

Swara ; I love u too sanskaar .. I love you and now you hold the same power over my heart sanskaar I know ,If My heart is going to break this time ,you have no part in it, It would be my punishment for all the pain I have put you through ..But trust me My decision was just to make your life easy .I know what you are going through I didn't want to make it tougher for you making you to choose b/w me and kavita..I just wanted to .. (she just could nt complete the sentence )

He turns back making them face each other

Sanskaar; So you stepped back.., The question was never about choosing swara .It had always been you Y did you think I told kavita that you are my wife. My choice was obvious then and there it self .Yes But I stayed silent because

Swara ; You feared that kavita will not be able to take the Pain

Sanskaar ;and you played along with me didn't you .Didnt utter a word asking for what rightfully is yours. And you left decision to me

Swara ; because I know you needed time to sort Out

Sanskaar; How do you do it swara ? the people who claim to be my family doesn't understand my words but you even understand my silence.

Swara ; because I love u

Sanskaar; Can you say that Again for me

Looking into his eyes she moves closer, wiping tears of his cheeks, smoothing her hand over his face, she places her lips on his lips closing the lil distance b/w them, he stiffens for a moment and next min his hands going around her waist pulling her more closer, deepening their kiss, the saltness of the rears washed away with sweetness of their first kiss outpouring all unspoken words, making silent promises

They part slowly.. Sanskaar resting his forehead against hers cupping her face in his palms her hands wound around his neck

(In slow whispers)

Sanskaar; Then Why did you give up on us

Swara ; I would never have .Only If, I was sure

And I got to know about engagement from kavita and the summons from court .I thought you made your decision and I didn't want to hear it from you.

Sanskaar ; you were scared just like me

Swara; hmm ( Moving securely into his arms) ..Thought I would be able to survive but I realised I just can't do with out you

Sanskaar ; A small smile escapes from his lips ; Good for us finally ..

Swara ; Sanskaar ,But Kavi..

Sanskaar ; sshhh ..Can you please be silent for second before bringing up your selflessness, Your selfish husband wants a moment with his wife.. .(hugs her tight )lets live this moment ,its ours shona

Swara ; comes out of hug and with a hint of surprise ; Did U just Say Shona??

Sanskaar (shrugs his shoulders); have been waiting for the right moment and nothing can be more perfect than this ( places a small kiss on her forehead) takes her back into his embrace

After Few moments

San ; I know you have many questions running in your mind , but trust me swara let me handle this. I want to sort it out myself

Swara ; I trust you sanskaar and will always do ..love u

Sanskaar ; Love u too
