1. Sanskar can come and confront Swara only after he cleared things with Kavita... Whether Swara loves him or not, whether Swara is still ready to fight or not... It should not matter, he himself should finish his relationship with Kavita first.

2. I loved watching Swara crying...for so many months Sanskar was madly in love with her, he suffered so much, now she is feeling the love for him. Earlier she cried for Laksh but now she is crying for Sanskar :)

In VK 's interview he mentioned sanskar having spoken to swara a couple of times so I don't think it's getting sorted so soon !I think him wanting to clear out with kavita is cause he genuinely doesn't want to get engaged to her .
