First of, I'm really really sorry for not being able to comment on the updates Saku! I'm really caught up in things and to top it off I'm not using IF as much as I used to, so while I did promptly read all your updates I couldn't drop in my comments! Maaf kardo *making puppy eyes*

Note - I'm going to pour out all my feelings about this story now and This is going to be a very very long comment. Just saying. 😆

*Sigh* So The Winter Series has finally come to an end. I don't know what to say as there are so many emotions coursing through me right now. You know how much I love this series and THIS SwaSan, they had almost become a part of my daily routine! I cried with them, laughed with them, felt every chill of the biting winter wind and the warmth of the hazy spring sunshine with them! Seriously Saku this world you have created here is so beautiful, so complete in itself! ❤️

Now coming to the chapters, wow they were all such a fabulous roller coaster ride of so many emotions, thrilling and fascinating indeed! I have told you this before and I'm telling you again, I love how you describe a scene to us, each word is chosen with care and each word is strong and deep in its meaning, they all flow seamlessly and paint the beautiful picture of this story! ❤️

Coming to the characters, I had anticipated Vasundhara to be the game player of not only Frost Knight but the Whole series right from the beginning and she did not disappoint me! Her character is one of your best Saku, this woman has done vile and horrible things to everyone in her vicinity but I could still see her point (very little but I could in the first place and that's really something)! And though they are poles apart, I can now see where Sanskaar got many of his traits from! The Agarwal's really had this mysterious charm in your story...and I loved it!

Now for the whole back story that you provided of the senior generation, WOW I'm blown away! How did you even come up with something like that? I, at least never in my dreams thought that something like this would be the backstory and Boy I'm really dazed and impressed with how you did this! 👏 So the Winter isn't something new to these people, the storms have been raging since a long time! And of them all, I really loved Yashodhara, what a woman 👏 She perfectly fits the bill of Sanskaar's mother, like perfectly! And in that finale, when she said that line that if she had a daughter she would name her Swara, I actually let out a small scream when that line registered in my head! Such small yet powerful things make the story so much more 👏! I loved Ram Prasad too, don't have much words to describe him but he's the perfect soul father for our Sanskaar! 👏

And WOAH Ragini was Kavita all the while? 😲😲 What a twist! I literally read that part like 3 times for it to finally register and I'm more than dazed now! But totally loved this twist👏 Coming to Ragini, I liked that part you added from their teenage and how Ragini's dark feelings for Swara had taken root, right from that time! And needless to say I LOVED SwaSan in that part, truly these two were always a part of each other, never apart, Always meant to be. ❤️ No Kavita, no Laksh, no any other person, no game of fate NOTHING could keep them apart as they were always each others! ❤️ I feel so emotional talking of SwaSan, I'm going to cry. 💔 *deep breath* But we'll come to them later, let us be done with all the others first.

Laksh, well you pulled off quite a feat as I could totally see his side of the story and could sympathize and even empathize with him to an extent! And loved how you didn't push him completely into the darkness, the light finally enveloped him before he was lost forever! And I loved that last interaction between Swara-Laksh and Ansh (And OMG SwaSan have a kid and there's another on the way 😲! These two have finally flown away to a cozy world of their own ❤️) ! I'm really glad Laksh is finally at peace and will soon be in a spring of his own. 😃

Chalo abhi, coming to the BEST part of this whole series - SwaSan. I just can't believe this is the final goodbye. You know my love for the Winter Series and this SwaSan and this end makes me happy and sad - Happy that I have been a part of their journey and know that they finally got their Spring <3, And sad that it has ended. Please pardon me but I have no words Saku, really no words. I have so much to say about SwaSan, their moments, the emotions they made me feel, their bond, SO MUCH to say but no words to express it, it's all so beautiful I have no words. ❤️ And this right here shows how good a writer you are 🤗

I have so much more to say, about the way you've fleshed out the stories and characters, the moments, the emotions, the words and their underlying poignant meanings that left a strong imprint on my heart and mind..the list goes on and on. But I have no words as I'm so overwhelmed right now. Perhaps that saying is right, that the best of things can never be expressed in words, and this wonderful story and the Winter Series as a whole is one of the best and beautiful things I have read. The WinterLand Series will always be close to me heart ❤️

Thank you so much Saku for this wonderful world and for giving us this SwaSan! 🤗
I'm going to miss them like crazy! And well I really can't help adding this but I would love to read more on the Warm spring of their life, or on Ansh and his sister! Anything at all as long as we get more of these characters and this world! 😳
Will be looking forward to your future works. 😃

Lots of Love,
Yukthi.

Saku my darling! What a finale!!! Simply mindblowing!!! Trust you to bring back Ragini in tht way!! And what a way...simply unimaginable...at least by a mere mind like mine

Sanskaar obviously being Sanskaar has been 2 steps ahead of them all but the way he manipulated the entire situation to his favor...a huge round of applause for tht!!
I was frankly very scared of what was gonna happen and the way Swara held herself strong...another wow!! Anyone else in her place would have been a puddle of tears and begging for her love's life but not Swara! No wonder tht irked Kavita/Ragini!

I'm still trying to work out tht one abt Ragini changing her face to become Kavita...so Kavita had died then and vasundhara was approached by Ragini with a view to taking revenge from swasan for her fate?? But both Kavita and Ragini had a deep aversion and hatred for Swara since their teenage days as is visible in the opening flashback scene tht u wrote...Alas!! Had Swara never left for those years Sanskaar would hv never turned to Kavita to fill tht void...coz Swara was always an integral part of his life in fact his life!

The vanquish of Vasundhara reminded me of tht of Sauron when the ring was cut off his finger and he crumbled into nothingness...thts how vasundhara became...alive but completely powerless...body but no soul left and her only son having supported Sanskaar and all her truths out she had no more knights up her sleeve!

I'm glad finally laksh saw sense and didn't get completely immersed in evil like the other knights had tho even Adya proved a sensible one ...I'm glad laksh managed to save him...it would hv been terrible if he had been the sacrificial goat despite the fact tht he had been supporting the wrong person...tho Sanskaar would never have let him die ...he loves his doll too much for tht! Shows how it matters the least abt having blood ties...emotions and relations are created from the heart and in protecting the Maheshwaris Sanskaar proved tht agn!

The epilogue was incredibly sweet...such an adorable Ansh!! Worrying to death over his pregnant mom! Reminds me of my elder one who asks me about my medicines time n again and makes sure nothing hurts my tummy...children are such innocent darlings!!!

Spring finally finds its way in swasan land after such a long and exhausting winter and with such happiness in their lives it brings a feel good feeling in my heart too!

Sad tho tht another beautiful saga comes to an end ... But giving way to a new beginning...mayb a new ff in the making already???

Lots of love
Tas

Hi Yukthi,
Oh my dear lord, you do know how to make up for being MIA for so many chapters. I admit I was wondering whether you had lost interest or something, but being busy myself I know how hard it is to find time to comment to your hearts content, I have no complaints after all you gave me such a lovely, long, long comment! I'm somewhere above the ninth cloud now, floating in peace and grinning like a fool. Thank you so much!
Yes the winter series was heart felt for me too, it was the first ever work I did no this forum, I know what you mean, I feel sort of empty myself.
As I said in the beginning this was a mix of both the passing by winter and the coming spring, so yes the chapters had to be eventful and action packed secrets overloaded. I'm glad you liked it that way.
Yes, Vasu is the threat that binds the trilogy of IK, SQ, FK together. Making them pieces of one large picture and one terrible battle fought over for ages by many people. It talks of a transitional phase from one king to another ie, Durga to Sanskar, where the former's mistakes are also a part of the later's burden. Sanskar is a wonderful mixture of all of them, the traits from VAsu, Chandra, Aditya and Yasho as well as habits he picked from Ram and Durga are there, with the extraordinary uniqueness of his own self!
I like perfect stories, where you have solid reasons why one behaves in a certain way, why one takes a certain decision while another might have preferred to take a different one. Backstories prove to be a great aid in that. All the time when I write, even when I am engrossed in my favorite serials, I want a back story, when there is none, I imagine one for myself. I hope it did justice to winter land here.
Yasho is my personal favorite, the perfect queen although never crowned and the perfect queen mother, nice to see you sharing my opinion here!
Haha, I like wicked twists, this was that!
I tried my best to do justice to Lakshya putting aside my prejudice for him. I don't like that guy even a bit, yet he had to be redeemed for his own good. And yeah, SwaSan are meant to be.
I don't know what to say anymore, you just made me speechless with happiness, thanks thanks and thanks a ton.
I'll see what I can do about your wishes.
loads of love,
Sakura

Hi Tas,
Dear, dear, how lovely it is to know you love it so much. Thank you my lady, you just made my day!
Sanskar is called IK for a reason and he just proved it yet again. Swara is a queen, there was a reason why Durga choose her, now you know.
Yes, Kavita turning out to be Ragini is supposed to be unexpected but the clues were there. She was in hospital after her plastic surgery, her conversations with Swara, Lakshya...
VAsu, haha she is demonic alright and just had her ring cut off, what a visualization, thank you so much!
Sanskar would not play with lives even though he knows his battles, so yeah, Adi was safe. Had to pull lakshya back to light, he deserved that for his own good!
Ansh was inspired from a little one I know myself who was too excited for his own sister. Did he remind you of yours, then I would safely assume the portrayal was good.
I haven't started on anything yet, but will try to return soon.
loads of love,
Sakura

Thanks a ton for those lovely words darling, it indeed made writing about spring special for me. I'm so happy you loved it this much. Yes, Ragini and Laksh both had their share to pay, but both are in search of spring now, which is one silver line for us.
