does after merger of two companies if wife wanted half of property will she get it.?

next question does wife 's share (share capital) + half will be the board of directors.

next if one (swara)gets sanskar's half shares and other gets half shares (ragini)

the merged company could be ruled if swara hands the property to ragini +ragini's property?

plz answer it. then i could find sbs answer.

i am Tthen sure ragini wanted alumini for divorce and took half of sanskars and durga prasad s property. so she become head and swara and sanskar divorce happened too might be(i dont want this) swara went to mumbai and sanskar moved on with life . if this happens i am🤢.

cant laksh show that cd to raginis lawyer whoz claiming on her behalf half of property and tell them he will present that cd to judge than not onlt laksh will get divorce but also ragini will be in jail for all her crimes though swara likes to complain or not and even the marriage can be nullified in that case how ragini emotionally blackmailed and got married to laksh
so no way ragini can legally get the property in the name of divorce settlement
but u know the mahan cvs will show all stupid and dumb reason of how ragini became the owner of MM

I am no lawyer but this i can comment on one thing, if the husband and wife are getting a divorce, than the wife could contest for half of her husband share during the divorce proceedings. she will not be able to get what belongs to the other partners, because her husband never owned it. secondly, here she can only contest it. it doesnt mean she can get it. the husband can also prove issues in the marriage from wife side and save a decent chunk of it. depends on how good the lawyer is.

Hats off to you for trying to find logic in serial... lemme answer your question As per companies act, 2013 merger is a legal consolidation of two companies into one entity and also if its a company then company belongs to the members of the company that is the shareholders... Merger is type of restructuring but he might retain his shareholdings... Secondly as per hindu marriage act wife gets 50% of husbands holding as in she can claim it... if ragini is seeking divorce she has claim only over Lakshya's property

you are finding logic in hindi tv derial ...i think ragini may play some game & will become owner of maheshawari house as usual many hindi tv daily soap saw this in past & not doubt they will continue with this so called typical logic ...who cares ?????????i see this show only for swasan not for ragya ...even i doesnot like ragini's modern roop because it's looks like too much like overdose...

it depends upon how much share laksh holds after merger... ragini gets half of that share. if he holds 30% shares ragini only claim for 15% i.e half of 30%.

Indian law don't give half property of husband to wife,
It only provides for reasonable means to live

Still according to Hindu Marriage Act

25 Permanent alimony and maintenance .

(1) Any court exercising jurisdiction under this Act may, at the time of passing any decree or at any time subsequent thereto, on application made to it for the purpose by either the wife or the husband, as the case may be, order that the respondent shall⁵⁵ [***] pay to the applicant for her or his maintenance and support such gross sum or such monthly or periodical sum for a term not exceeding the life of the applicant as, having regard to the respondent's own income and other property, if any, the income and other property of the applicant⁵⁶ [, the conduct of the parties and other circumstances of the case], it may seem to the court to be just, and any such payment may be secured, if necessary, by a charge on the immovable property of the respondent.

(2) If the court is satisfied that there is a change in the circumstances of either party at any time after it has made an order under sub-section (1), it may at the instance of either party, vary, modify or rescind any such order in such manner as the court may deem just.

(3) If the court is satisfied that the party in whose favour an order has been made under this section has re-married or, if such party is the wife, that she has not remained chaste, or, if such party is the husband, that he has had sexual intercourse with any woman outside wedlock,⁵⁷ [it may at the instance of the other party vary, modify or rescind any such order in such manner as the court may deem just].

Idk about Indian law but over here a business is a separate property which is different to relationship property. Separate property is not shared and it remains the property of the person who owns it. So Dugra Prasad, Sanskaar, Lakshya and Ram own the family business which Ragini can't get her hands on and only can get it if all 4 of them sign on the documents. Since, RagLak's marriage has been less than 6 months the property would be shared according to who's property it is. But, the answer to your question is NO as its separate property.

When did Ragini get shares in both businesses?? She can only get it when they are signed over to her. And to get BOD's shares she needs more than 50% of shares to even be a BOD.

Only Swara can be co-owner of Sanskaar's business... no one else. But, if Swara gets Sanskaar's business and hands it over to Ragini then Ragini will get all of Sanskaar's property and stuff.

I dont think Sanskaar or Durga Prasad will give their property and business to Ragini as its not Lakshya's property. She would have become head by taking the house keys from her MIL and nothing else. Why would swasan get divorced??
