Laksh seems to have partial amnesia. Only remembering things that benefit him solely. And based off this article, it seems like Swara herself realized that Ragini's intentions were not good. Laksh did nothing, he was literally manipulated by Ragini day in and day out. I don't think he is capable of actually outing anyone, he doesn't seem that competent!😆

So if Swara realized Ragini's truth how can Laksh ask Swara to honor a promise that A) she never agreed to B) that he never actually fulfilled.
