Yes vanraj and sanskaar are similar. Both of them respect their partner as you said, but at the same time they both have self respect as well. It is this self respect which is helping them survive and do what is best for the woman they love.

But there is one major difference between vanraj and sanskaar's situation. Sanskaar has swara's friendship. That alone gives me hope. Swara knows sanskaar better than nandini knew vanraj. Hope that helps swara choose the better man this time.

Yes, I agree. In a way, Sanskaar and Swara has more potential than Vanraj and Nandini did. I love both the couples. But SwaSan has so much more. Vanraj-Nandini's relationship was just evolving. But SwaSan relationship has already evolved a lot. So, if Vanraj-Nandini can make their relationship work and make it strong as they did by the end of that movie, then SwaSan can definitely make it work because their relationship is already very strong.

And yes first love is not true love always... Its true that we cnt forget first love so easily... But its not impossible to start a new life with another person who love us more than himself .

Nice post yaar.. I also loved that movie.. The comparison is very true.. Very similar character of Sanskaar and Vanraj.. The dialogue was awesum.. Shayad humari Swara bhi aisi kuch bole..

Haan yaar! Kash Swara bhi aisa kuch bol de. One modification though. I want Sanskaar to hear Swara say this to Laksh. Swara should fight for Sanskaar and Sanskaar should know about it. Imagine, how happy he would be

Absolutely. Laksh is no Sameer (Salman). Sameer's love was genuine but he just was not meant to be with Nandini. Here, Laksh doesn't even know what love is.
Only Sanskaar and Vanraj are similar. No other character has any resemblance with each other. I just wish ki jaise Vanraj ka pyaar jeeta tha, waise hi Sanskaar ka pyaar bhi jald hi jeet jaye.
