Sanskaar has few similarities with ASR, he is intense, protective and passionate,but unlike ASR he is not possessive, not short tempered and is more articulate. During the post revelation episodes , the fans of IPKNND craved for ASR giving a clear reply to Anjali , but it never happened whereas yesterday Sanskaar clearly expressed his displeasure to his mom regarding her attitude in response to divorcing Swara . I felt that ASR was bit selfish and immature the way he handled Khushi when she returned her maikka during the end of contract , but Sanskaar always gives importance to Swara's priority ,he never insist anything on her , atleast not yet.

I am not saying that Sanskaar is better than ASR , IMO though they have similarities their personality is different .

Obviously ASR shall always remain my most favourite character on TV but let us accept it Arnav and Khushi were practically far far far away from reality. Pretty sure there is no guy in this world who is as successful and yet as insecure, rude and arrogant as Arnav. And there is no one in the world who is as immature and kiddish and most of the times intolerable like Khushi. Later half of IPK - no one could connect with ASR, Khushi or even Anjali.

Sanskaar is a subtle version of ASR - he is possessive but not to the extent of hurting Swara. He is possessive for her safety and her well being. Just like ASR he will not tolerate anyone to speak against Swara. He is not rude or arrogant but he does not shy away from putting his point across. ASR did it ruthlessly, Sanskaar does it subtly. Intensity and Passion - both characters have in abundance. It is just that Sanskaar seems far more real in life than ASR. I have not met a guy like ASR but I know tons of guys like Sanskaar. 😳

And yet I will say, ASR shall and always remain my favourite. 😳
