New India West Article : Is Swara Naive Or Plain Dumb

Siblings are supposed to do everything for each other even at the cost of their own life. But, when one is for the other's blood, shouldn't the equations change? Well, we definitely think so, but a normal reaction to things is not what daily soaps are all about. In the recent episodes of "Swaragini," we saw how Ragini's (Tejaswi Prakash Wayangankar) sins come out in the open when Lakshya (Nimish Taneja) exposes her.

The Maheshwaris have asked her to leave their house and to end the marriage with Lakshya. Ragini begs Lakshya to take her back, but he wants to get Swara (Helly Shah) back. Swara and Sanskaar (Varun Kapoor), who were compelled to marry each other, have decided to stay married. Sanskaar loves Swara and doesn't want to leave her. Swara, on the other hand, wants to bring Ragini and Lakshya back together.

When Ragini realizes that begging and pleading is getting her nowhere, she decides to play on their emotions. She electrocutes herself in front of Swara and tries to commit suicide. When Swara sees this, she rushes to help her sister (who had once tried to kill Swara) but is unable to save her. The doctor is called, and he announces that the accident has affected Ragini's short-term memory. She basically has partial memory and, hence, only remembers being married to Lakshya.

While Lakshya doesn't buy her act, Swara is sympathetic and decides to take care of her sister. In spite of Ragini ruining her life, forcing her to marry Sanskaar, trying to kill her, making people believe that she is characterless and what not, Swara still has a soft spot for Ragini. She still believes everything her sister tells her " isn't that just stupid? It's not that Swara is a really nice person, but we feel she is plain stupid - "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me." Guess she's never heard that saying before.

Well for me she is plain stupid🤣
