Sanskaar and Laksh both look on as Swara leaves with her parents. In the background Jaane Kaise Toote Hai Rishte plays on. Sanskaar leaves and heads on to his room where he gets emotional. He recalls the moments he had spend with Swara, all the happy moments. Swara too back in the Baadi is recalling her moments where Laksh broke off their marriage and all and recalls how Ragini had pushed her into the river and how Laksh threw her out. Swara is shown to be all restless in tears. Laksh himself is shown restless in his room, regretting what he did with Swara, regretting how he treated her. He recalls the moment when he had called her characterless and gets even more sad as he realises the extent he hurt her.
Ragini is outside (scene shifts to baadi) where she recalls Laksh telling her that he never really loved her and says that she (Ragini) does not deserve anyone. (Moves back to Maheshwari house, Sanskaar's room): Sanskaar is in his room where on he imagines Swara sitting on his bed while he looks on with a sad face. He then moves towards the sofa where he sits down and with a sad face falls asleep.
Back at Maheshwari House: Swara sees Ragini coming home and getting inside the house. She asks her where was you, and asks to open the door. Sharmistha, Shekhar and Dadi just then come there. Swara asks them to ask Ragini to open the door. Dadi says leave her to her state and says that she deserves what she is getting. Shekhar says Maa is right, leave Ragini now. Sharmistha asks Swara to give some time to Ragini and says she has lost everything today. She takes Swara from there. Ragini cries in her room.
Later in the night while Swara is asleep, Ragini comes knocking on Swara's door. Swara goes to open the door and gets surprised seeing Ragini. She switching the lights on asks her what she wants and what is she doing here? Ragini tells her do not worry and tells her that she is not here to harm her. Swara says no I did not mean to say that and says what is she doing at this time of hour?
Scene shifts to Maheshwari house:
Sanskaar is restless and Laksh comes behind and says that he wanted to speak to him about something. He starts off by calling her Bhai and says sorry for whatever he did by hurting him. Sanskaar asks Laksh to forget the past and says its fine.
Moves back to Baadi: Ragini tells that she has defamed every relation and says that she destroyed everyone's happiness. She says that she was so blinded that she forgot that Swara was her own sister. She says she played around with everyone's feeling and says that she deserves what she is getting. She also mentions that Durga Prasad aka her father in law had mentioned of her not asking for forgiveness but she says she was unable to do so as she could not even look at everyone in the eye. She tells her that she was thinking of what to do all night and says she found one way...Swara says what is it? Ragini tells her that Swara and Laksh could reunite maybe after their divorce..Hearing that Swara gets shocked.
Moves back to Maheshwari house: Here Sanskaar and Laksh patch up while Annapurna and Durga Prasad looks on with a smile. Laksh tells Sanskaar that he wishes to meet Swara and tells Sanskaar he is the one who can convince her to come. Sanskaar says me? but eventually agrees. Laksh thanks Sanskaar for the matter and says that he was a fool for not believing what Swara had said. He says he let his love down. Sanskaar looks down with a sad face.
Moves back to Baadi: Ragini tells that the truth was in front of her eyes yet she was blind not to notice. She says to Swara that they never had a husband and wife relation. She says that Laksh loves her. Swara tells Ragini that she does not want to hear of all the nonsense and tells that she is not returning back to his life. She says Laksh will always be her husband. Ragini tells Swara that she was trying to do something good but Swara is stopping her..
Dadi comes and says as you are acting again. She says she woke up to take water. She asks her to stop shedding crocodile tears. Swara says you are thinking her wrong. Dadi says Ragini is trapping you again and you are trapping. She asks if she is not done yet and throws her out of room asking to go from there.
Swara asks Dadi not to talk to Ragini like that. She says Ragini is really repenting for her mistake. Dadi says Ragini didn't tell this truth with her consent and the truth came out forcibly. She says she must be conspiring again, this is not my upbringing and cries saying don't know why she is doing like this. Swara makes her sit.
Dadi gets saddened and says that She always loved and trusted Ragini but now she says she broke her trust and everything and says that she is unsure if she would even be able to give her a chance.
Sharmistha asks Shekhar to give a chance to Ragini and asks him to think. She says I will bring milk for you. Ragini brings milk for Shekhar. Shekhar asks her to drink first. Ragini drinks surprisingly. He checks his watch and says 20 sec have passed, nothing have happened to you, it means this milk doesn't contain poison. Ragini is shocked and goes. Sumi asks Shekhar, what he has said? Shekhar says if she can pushed her sister in river, can kidnap her mum, then why can't she give poison to her dad. Sharmistha says she is our daughter and it is our duty to bring her back on path. Shekhar says she will not get forgiveness and love from me all her life. Ragini cries hearing them and thinks about Laksh's words that old Ragini was good, and this Ragini doesn't deserve anyone's love.
Precap:
Durga Prasad tells that Sanskar and Swara's marriage should be given a chance. Dadi agrees. Even Sumi agrees and says I have no problem. Laksh apologizes to Swara. Swara says it is okay. Laksh holds her hand and asks can we begin our relation after our divorce. Ragini hears them and is shocked. Sanskar looks on sadly.
