Awww...the awkwardness was aptly portrayed by both in the romantic surrounding they were in...
As for them being surprised to see Laksh...no...looks like they were waiting for him...but were surprised that he came ...maybe they were not sure that he would...He moved back to sit as maybe it was Swara's plan to call Laksh...Him staring at them...just to make sure Laksh does not hurt Swara etc...thus keeping his eye on them..No no jealousy monster I could see in him...Mondays epi will show us...

You know what they say about the eyes seeing only what they want to see? Well, I think I saw Sanskaar's wariness, alertness and even a hint of "why the hell are u here" because I sooo want him to feel that way..and not be all giving and all sacrificing !
I want Sanskaar to be his smartest, most determined to win, wiliest, charming-est best now...so the best man can win (and there are no doubts on who that is). To beat Lakshya all he needs to be his usual intelligent self...thats enough to beat him hollow 😆
But to win Swara's attention...well .. All is fair in love and war. I want him to tantalize her, puzzle her, arrest her attention, grab her mind, get her so engrossed that she focuses on him and only him ! AGAIN, all he needs is that little bit of her mind on him..after which she wont have a chance but to falll..big time !
