The poor guy can't win with Swara.
I thought it was really unfair of her to accuse him of wanting their marriage to happen, and that he was happy about it and couldn't feel the pain she could.
Sanskaar said several times that he doesn't want to marry her or force her into a relationship. He even convinced her to just state the truth about their fake marriage. He even stood up from the mandap to try and say the truth because he didn't want to ruin her life, but he didn't say anything, again because she stopped him and wanted to guarantee her mum would be safe. So how is he to blame for anything? And what in any of that makes her think he was happy?😕
I generally love the character of Swara but her treatment of some of the people in her life is just wrong.
1. When it comes to Ragini, the girl that ruined Swara's life, she suddenly becomes mahaan, and tells Ragini they can become Swaragini again and all will be forgiven.
2. When it comes to Sanskaar, the man who has stood by her side and is helping her in all this mess and only wanting friendship, she first tells him she won't even be his friend, and pushes him away and vents her anger at him.
I mean seriously, you can forgive an evil witch, but you can't be nice to a man who loves you but expects nothing in return?
Even on the forum people mainly look at it from her point of view, i.e. that she's being forced into a marriage. How about Sanskar's point of view. He's in love with a woman that doesn't love him, and yet he married her even though he didn't want to get married to save her mother. He married her knowing for the rest of his life he'll be in a loveless marriage, and even then only wants friendship, and if she doesn't even want that, he said she's free to go. So honestly I feel most sympathy for Sanskaar. He does everything right by Swara, but he gets nowhere. 😒
I know Swara is hurting but so is he.
