Chapter 17

In the M.M

Dinner time:

"Laksh khana lag gaya hai neeche aa jao" Annapurna called.

"Ji Maa abhi aaya" Laksh replied coming down the stairs.

"Waise Laksh Swara ke saath hospital pe kaun hai?" Durga Prasad asked.

"Ab Dida bhi discharge ho gayi hai toh Sharmishta wanted to spend sometime with Swara so she is going to stay with Swara tonight" Laksh replied sitting down.

"Yeh badbu kaisi hai?" Durga Prasad covered his nose.

"Ji woh Sanskaar aur Sujata mandir gaye the toh ghar lautte waqt kuch gunde ne unpar sada hua machli aur ande mardi" Annapurna replied serving him food.

"Sujata" Durga Prasad said.

"Ji bhai sa" Sujata replied about to sit down but he stopped her.

"Tum aur Sanskaar upar jao hum tumhara khana upar bhijwa denge" Durga Prasad said.

"Ji bhai sa chal Sanskaar" Sujata said looking at her husband and daughter but they too covered their nose and turned their head away from her.

"M-Mo-Mom Khana khana mujhe Laksh ke saath baithna hai" Sanskaar said.

"Nahi baith sakte tu chal upar maare saath" Sujata dragged Sanskaar from their.

Laksh tightened his fist controlling himself from running over to Sanskaar and punching him.

"Kya hua bhai khana khao na" Uttara asked.

"Khata hoon" Laksh said focusing on his dinner instead.

Laksh went to to sleep dreaming about Swara waking up and their happy life together.

Next Morning

Laksh got out of the shower and was drying his hair with a hairdryer when his phone started ringing.

~Phone uthao Lucky tumhari Shona ka phone hai~ ~Phone uthao Dumbo~ ~Oh hello loser pick up the phone~

His mobile's ringtone was Swara's customized voice recording she loved these kind of things she even asked well more like forced him to record his voice for her mobile's ringtone.

"Shona tum kya kar rahi ho mere mobile ke saath?" Laksh asked handing her Jhalmuri. They were in the Park.

"Laksh listen to this I made a personal ringtone for you" Swara said playing the tune.

"Do you like it?" She asked.

"Yeah I like it" Laksh smiled.

"Okay your turn" She said handing her mobile to him.

"I don't know what to say yaar" Laksh blushed scratching his head.

"Uffo Dumbo~" She took out a pen and paper from her bag and wrote down what she wanted him to say.

"Hey~ this is too much yaar" Laksh complained after scanning through what Swara had written.

"Stop whining like a baby! Here say it like you mean it" Swara said glaring at him.

"Okay meri maa foo... ~Meri pyaari princess Swara apna phone uthao shayad tumhara ghulam Lucky ka phone hoga~ ~Phone uthao meri jaan~ ~I Love You~ okay done" Laksh handed her mobile back.

"Why did you add 'I Love You'?" Swara questioned.

"I added I love you because I love you" Laksh replied as matter of factly smiling sweetly at Swara.

Chapter 18

He ran downstairs, his mother asked him where he was going but he just ignored her and ran to his car as he drove off to the hospital. His heart beating very fast and eyes filled with tears.

In the hospital

Laksh ran without taking a break by the time he reached Swara's room he was out of breathe. His hands trembled as he opened the door. He took a deep breath and entered.

"Swara" He said.

"Laksh hi" Swara replied smiling.

He ran and hugged her she hugged him back.

"I thought I had lost you Shona" Laksh wept.

"I thought I had died and went to heaven but your voice kept on telling me to comeback" Swara said crying.

"Don't cry baby I hate it when you cry" Swara said wiping his tears.

"Tum bhi mat rona ab rone ki nahi rulane ki bari hai" Laksh said wiping her tears.

Swara suddenly held his face.

"Kya hua Shona?" Laksh asked confused.

"How long have I been out for?" She asked.

"About 2 weeks. Why?" Laksh asked.

"Oh I just thought I would give you all the 14 goodnight kisses that you missed" She grinned then pulled him for a passionate kiss.

"*Ahem-Ahem*" Sharmishta and Dida coughed.

Swara suddenly became aware of her surroundings and buried her face in his chest embarrassed. Laksh just smiled and hugged her close.

The whole Maheshwaris and Gadodias came to the hospital.

"Laksh tumne toh humein dara hi diya bas pagal ki tarah daud ke niche gaya aur gadi lekar bhaag gaya agar Sharmishta ji ka phone nahi aaya hota toh hamari toh jaan nikal jati" Annapurna scold her son.

"Sorry Maa I just wanted to meet her so bad" Laksh replied pointing towards Swara.

"Swara I missed you" Ragini fake cried as she tried to hug Swara but Laksh just held Swara tight and didn't let her go.

''Rehne doh Ragini he is not going to let go of Swara today" Shekhar joked.

Swara blushed while the rest of them laughed except Laksh, Dida, Dadi, Sujata, Sanskaar and Ragini.

Ragini was burning with jealousy.

"Papa can we take Swara to our home?" Laksh asked his father.

"Par Laksh Swara toh apne ghar pe jayegi na" His mother tried to reason with him.

"No Maa aap ne dekha na kaise Swara par hamla hua tha woh bhi itni logon ke samne uske liye badi pe gusna koi nayi baat nahi hogi shayad woh badi ka hi rehne wala ya wali ho" Laksh stated refusing to leave his Swara.

Ragini started sweating, she looked at Sanskaar who glared at her making her feel petrified.

"Thik hai Laksh she can stay at our house" Durga Prasad gave him permission.

"Thank you Papa" Laksh hugged Durga Prasad.

In the M.M

Laksh pushed Swara's wheelchair then stopped at the start of the staircase and lifted Swara in his arms.

"Main chal sakti hoon Laksh" Swara said.

"Sh! You are still weak I'm not taking any chances this time now be a good girl and listen to your future hubby" Laksh said carrying her to Uttara's room.

"I can sleep in the guestroom I don't want to intrude on Uttara's privacy" Swara protested.

"Don't worry bhabhi I'm fine with it" Uttara replied.

"Okay tumhara goodnight kisses udhaar raha shaadi ke bad ek-ek karke wasul karunga" Laksh whispered in her ears. He placed Swara in Uttara's bed.

"Goodnight Shona, Goodnight Uttara" Laksh winked at Swara before he left.

"Goodnight bhai" Uttara replied.

"Goodnight Uttara" Swara said lying down on the bed.

"Goodnight sweetdreams bhabhi" Uttara replied turning off the light.

In Laksh's bedroom

"I'm sorry Swara but it's for you own safety who knows what that chudail Ragini would do to you alone just bare it for today because from tomorrow onwards all your problems will be gone. I love you Shona" Laksh kissed Swara's photo and closed his eyes drifting off to sleep.

Chapter 19

Laksh was getting ready he wore a three piece slim fit black suit with white shirt and black slim tie with a diamond studded tie clip and cufflinks. Black leather shoes and leather belt.

In Uttara's room

Swara wore a royal blue a-line floor length evening gown with sweetheart top and cap sleeve. A simple silver sandal with diamond necklace, bracelet, hair accessories and earring set her hair was let down in loose curls.

"Wow~ bhabhi you are looking smoking hot" Uttara complimented.

"Bhai is going to love it" Uttara said admiring her beautiful future sister-in-law.

"Do you really think he'll like it?" Swara asked blushing.

"Of course I'm 100% sure he'll be head over heels and fall in love with you again" Uttara smiled.

"Wait let me go check how bhai looks" Uttara ran to Laksh's room.

*Knock-Knock*

"Come in" Laksh said styling his hair.

"Bhai you are looking hot and handsome" Uttara said.

"Do you think Swara will like it?" Laksh asked nervous.

"Relax bhai she'll love it by the way bhabhi just asked me the exact same question just now I guess couples do become similar" Uttara nodded her head.

Laksh just smiled and went back to styling his hair.

"Guest ke aane ka time ho gaya hai I'll be leaving first" Uttara said heading downstairs.

-Omi time for plan 3- Laksh texted Omi.

-Roger Lucky- Omi texted back.

Swara was about to go down when someone held her by the waist and pulled her inside a room locking it.

Swara was about to scream but stopped when she saw that person's face.

"Laksh yeh kya bachpana hai? You scared me" Swara asked hitting him.

"What~? I wanted to see you before anyone else" Laksh said pinning her to his room's wall.

"You are late honey~ Uttara has seen me already" Swara teased.

"Uttara ne toh mujhe bhi dekha hai but she is my sister yaar" Laksh said.

"You look so hot & sexy in that dress and your lips look so bitable" Laksh drooled staring at her luscious lips.

"Mr.Pervert you look handsome too and sexy" Swara said looking down at the floor.

"Look up at me~" Laksh whispered sexily.

Swara looked up and both got lost in each other's eyes again.

"May I?" Laksh asked.

"Yes" Swara nodded.

He kissed her gently it was one of those slow but sensual kiss.

"Let's go now" Laksh said after several minutes fixing his suit and tie.

He offered her his arm and Swara held his arm as they descended the stairs and were greeted by the guest's cheers and applauding.

-Lucky target approaching- Omi texted him.

-Be right there- He replied back.

"Shona I'll be right woh Omi bahar wait kar raha hai" Laksh said. Swara nodded.

Laksh went outside and greeted the Gagodias. He noticed Dida ignoring Ragini despite her several attempt to speak with her.

"Serves you right kamini oops I meant Ragini. You rock Dida" - Laksh thought.

"Dida!!!" Laksh went and hugged Dida.

"Tum kaisa hai Laksh?" Dida asked.

"I'm fine Dida how about you?" He asked.

"I'm also fine dekho" Dida did a little dance making Laksh smile.

"Hi Laksh ji" Ragini said shyly.

"Hi Ragini" Laksh faked a smile.

Dida went inside with the rest.

"Perfect" - Laksh thought.

Laksh signalled Omi with his eyes 'Now'.

Suddenly Ragini got garbage dumped on top of her.

"Ah! Ew!" Ragini squealed.

"Ragini are you okay?" Laksh asked showing fake concern.

"I'm fine Laksh ji" Ragini said.

"Driver Ragini ko uske ghar tak drop kardo then wash the car and pick her up again and bring her back" Laksh instructed the driver.

"Go Ragini take a shower and come back" Laksh said.

"Thik hai Laksh ji" Ragini replied happy for Laksh's concern.

"Go Chudail" Laksh mumbled as he went in.

"Omi my buddy. Plan 3 = Success" Laksh highfived his friend smiling and went inside.

"Where are the rest?" Omi asked.

"They are already here Swara ke saath hai" Laksh answered.

"You have everything ready right?" Laksh asked.

"Yes all set to go" Omi replied.

"Good job tonight after all the guest leaves our 4th and final plan will take action" Laksh said.

They went and joined in with Swara and the rest of his gang. They started chatting away.

"Ladies and Gentlemen may I have your kind attention kind attention please my dad Mr.Durga Prasad Maheshwari would like to say a few words" Adarsh spoke.

"Namaste aap sab hi ko shukriya aap sab aaye hamari shaam ko aur bhi special banake liye. Har pita ka sapna hota hai ki uska beta bada hokar ek bada admi ba ne. Main bhi chahta tha ki mere dono bete mere business sambhale mere bade bete Adarsh ne ab tak mera business bahut acchi tarah se sambhala tha aur mere chote bete Lakshya ne bhi office join karke hamare business ko aur bhi bada banaya hai. Aaj yeh party maine mere chote bete ke success ki khushi pe rakhi hai aur Swara and Shobha ji ki thik hone ki khushi mein bhi" Durga Prasad said.

Everyone except Sujata and Sanskaar started clapping just then Ragini arrived.

Durga Prasad raised his hands gesturing that he wasn't finished yet.

"I'm very proud of you Laksh" Durga Prasad called Laksh on the stage and hugged him. Laksh was very happy and emotional.

Swara teared up seeing Laksh's happiness.

Chapter 20

"Yeh shaam ko aur bhi khash banane ke liye main ek aur announcement karne wala hoon Swara beta yahan aao" He called Swara.

Swara was pleasantly surprised but she went up to the stage nonetheless.

"Main Durga Prasad Maheshwari aaj yeh ailan karta hoon ki mere bete Lakshya Maheshwari ki shaadi Shekhar Gadodia ki beti Swara Gadodia ke saath hogi aur aaj inki sagai hai" Durga Prasad said taking Laksh's hand and made him hold Swara's hand.

"Tum dono iss faisle se khush toh hona?" Durga Prasad whispered.

Both Swara and Laksh nodded smiling.

Ragini's dream of marrying Laksh on the other hand came crashing down and shattered into gazillion pieces.

Ragini dug her palms with her fingernails making them bleed but she kept on tightening her knuckle into a tight fist trying to control the urge to break the happy couple.

"Calm down Ragini Laksh ji kab tak Swara ko bacha payenge kabhi na kabhi toh Laksh ji will let his guard down that's when I'll attack again and this time I'll make sure Swara's dead since Dida also knows about mine and Sanskaar's truth I'll have to deal with her too" - Ragini smirked evilly at her thought.

"Tu jitna bhi koshish karle aaj teri aur Sanskaar ke plan ka the end hone wala hai" Laksh mumbled looking at Ragini who put on an innocent face when she noticed Laksh's gaze.

Sanskaar on the other hand was busy acting crazy in front of Uttara.

"Andar aa jao" Durga Prasad called someone.

Seconds later a woman came in carrying a tray with two rings in it.

"Annapurna Sharmishta ji" Durga Prasad gesturing them to take the ring and pass it to Swara and Laksh.

"Yeh loh Shona Laksh ko yeh ring pehnao" Sharmishta picked up a bigger size ring and passed it to Swara.

"Yeh loh Laksh-" Laksh quickly snatched the ring.

"Iss ladke ka kuch nahi ho sakta" Annapurna shook her head.

Laksh held out his right hand eagerly. Swara slid in his ring and Laksh pulled her hand quickly and slid on her ring.

*Clapping* - The crowd clapped congratulating them.

"Congratulations Laksh and Swara" His friends cheered loudly.

Laksh took the mic from his dad and began.

"Ladies and gentlemen thank you for joining us tonight. Aaj main bahut-bahut-bahut khush hoon. Thank you Papa and Adarsh bhai without your guidance and support I wouldn't have successfully managed to bring our company on the position it is now so thank you very much" Laksh smiled at his father and brother who in return smiled back at him proudly.

"These last two weeks has been a very emotional turmoil for me as you all already know I almost lost my girl-" Laksh choked even talking about that day was hard for him. Laksh took a few deep breath then continued again.

"Sorry *Sniff-Sniff* *Cough*" Laksh quickly wiped tears.

He hugged Swara and cried like a baby. Everyone else cried too seeing the pain in Laksh's eyes. Even Sujata and Sanskaar were emotional.

"I'm fine Laksh don't cry baby I'm still here" Swara patted his back.

Hearing Swara's soothing voice made Laksh wail louder.

"Bas baba look you are making everyone cry" Swara said pacifying Laksh.

Laksh finally stopped crying and turned to face the guest again. Swara wiped his tears.

"Thank you love~" Laksh kissed Swara's hand.

"I'm very thankful to all the doctors and nurses who saved my Shona. Today I want to dedicate a song to the love of my life my fiance Swara Gadodia. Please bare with my horrible singing for tonight" Laksh grinned sheepishly. Making everyone burst into laughter.

"Omkar" Laksh signalled to his friend Omi.

Chapter 21

The lights went off. A soft melody played then a spotlight turned on revealing Omi playing the guitar and Laksh in front of him holding a mic in his hand.

"~Pal do pal ki hi kyun hai Zindagi~ ~Iss pyaar ko hai sadiyan kafi nahi~ ~Toh khuda se maang loon~ ~Mohalat main ik nayi~ ~Rehna hai bas yahaan~ ~Ab door tujhse jana nahi~ ~Jo tu mera humdard hai~ ~Jo tu mera humdard hai~ ~Suhaana har dard hai~ ~Jo tu mera humdard hai~" Laksh sang every word beautifully surprising everyone.

"May I have this dance with you my dear~" Laksh kneeled before Swara holding his hand out.

"Certainly my dear" Swara replied smiling.

Swara and Laksh danced slowly to the tune.

"~Teri muskurahatein hain taaqat meri~ ~Mujhko inhi se ummeed mili~ ~Chaahe kare koi sitam ye jahaan~ ~In mein hi hai sada hifazat meri~ ~Zindagi badi khoobsurat hui~ ~Jannat ab aur kya hogi kahin~ ~Jo tu mera humdard hai~ ~Jo tu mera humdard hai~ ~Suhaana har dard hai~ ~Jo tu mera humdard hai~" Laksh continued singing.

"~Wooo...~"

"Teri dhadkano se hai zindagi meri~ ~Khwahishein teri ab duaein meri~ ~Kitna anokha bandhan hai yeh~ ~Teri meri jaan jo ek hui~ ~Lautunga yahaan tere paas main haan~ ~Waada hai mera mar bhi jaaun kahin-" Swara covered his mouth shaking her head telling him not talk about dying. Laksh removed her hand and winked before continuing his singing.

"~Jo tu mera humdard hai~" He sang.

"~Jo tu mera humdard hai~" Swara joined in singing.

"~Suhaana har dard hai~ ~Jo tu mera humdard hai~ ~Uhmm...humdard hai~ ~Uhmm...humdard hai~ ~Uhmm...humdard hai~ ~Uhmm...humdard hai~" Swara and Laksh sang together.

Everybody cheered and clapped but SwarYa were too lost in their own world to notice any of it///.

"I love you" Laksh said staring at Swara passionately.

"I love you too" Swara gazed back at him with equal intensity. They were about to kiss.

"*Cough-Cough*" Someone coughed snapping them back to reality.

"Get a room!!!" His friends teased then from the crowd.

"Wait till we leave" Omi hollered for which he received a death-glare from Laksh making him shut his mouth.

"Dinner time" Adarsh said breaking the awkward silence.

"Thanks bhai" Laksh told his big brother as he passed by him with Swara.

"Anytime Laksh let's go have dinner" Adarsh said smiling politely at Swara.

"Yaar Swara hamari shaadi kab hogi~ I can't wait to make you mine~" Laksh whispered.

"Laksh stop saying that you are making me feel uncomfortable" Swara said blushing.

"Abhi toh bas keh raha hoon jab tumhe main apna banaunga tab kya karogi?~Who knows you might jump on me first since I'm so irresistible" Laksh teased pinching her waist.

"Laksh!!!!! Stop being naughty and I'm not going to jump on you. Never!" Swara hit him.

"Only time will tell my darling" Laksh said joining everyone in the banquet.

Few hours later-

All the guest had gone home already all those who remained were the Maheshwaris, Gadodias and Laksh's friends.

They were all seated in the livingroom eating deserts and discussing about SwarYa's marriage. Ragini was feigning innocence and chatted sweetly with Laksh and his friends. Making Laksh almost puke with disgust at her. Omi noticed Laksh and spoke to him through his eyes asking Laksh whether it's time yet or not. Laksh signalled him to wait for few minutes.

"Swara can I speak with you for a minute alone" Laksh asked.

"Kyun Laksh say it here" Swara said not noticing the urgency.

"It's private" Laksh said seriously.

"Okay let's go. Excuse us guys" Swara nodded following Laksh to a far off corner.

"Ragini tum kahan jaa rahi ho?" Omi asked when Ragini stood up trying to follow SwarYa.

"Woh bas Swara ko meri jarurat pad sakti hai" Ragini made an excuse.

"Agar Swara ko madat chahiye toh Laksh hai na uske saath aur dono private couple talk karne gaye hai tum wahan jaa kar kya karogi" Omi replied not buying any of her excuses.

"Par woh main" Ragini still insisted.

"Ragini come on chat with us and let the lovebirds be" G1 pulled on Ragini's hand forcing her to sit.

"Damn! This B**ch is stubborn" - Laksh's friends thought.

"Kya baat hai Laksh? You are scaring me" Swara said seeing Laksh's serious face.

"Abhi thodi der mein jo kuch bhi hone wala hai promise me that chahe jo kuch bhi hojaye you won't leave me please. okay?" Laksh asked.

"I promise I'll never leave you again" Swara promised.

"Let's go then" Laksh said pulling Swara with him to where the rest of them were.

Laksh nodded to Omi.

"May I have all your attention please. Laksh has put together a video for you all" Omi said connecting Laksh's phone to the big TV screen.

Chapter 22

Video of Laksh's happy childhood played on the screen. Laksh pulled Swara to sit with him making Ragini burn with jealousy. Then the happy video changed to a video of Sujata & Sanskaar discussing about destroying Durga Prasad & Sons and about him being the owner of Karma & Company.

Durga Prasad looked at Sanskaar shocked.

Then Sanskaar telling about Ragini & his plot on kidnapping and MMS played on the video that was saved on the memory card.

Ragini glared at Dadi who just ignored her.

"I thought I had forgotten to put in the memory card" Swara said.

"You did put it in but someone took it out and hid it" Laksh said looking towards Dadi and Ragini.

"Hum ne kuch nahi kiya Laksh ji hamara yakin kijiye yeh sab Sanskaar ne akele liya hai" Ragini said hoping Laksh would believe her.

Then the conversation between Sanskaar & Ragini in the temple played including Sanskaar-Sujata's plan to backstab Ragini when Ragini was no longer of use to them.

Ragini glared at Sanskaar and Sujata but they were too busy looking at the TV screen. The video finally came to an end.

"Dida fell down the stairs because she was disturbed by Ragini's true face" Laksh revealed.

"Maa kya aap uss din yehi baat batane aa rahi thi?" Shomi asked Dida.

"Haan maine suna ki yeh Sanskaar mujhe Ragini samajh kar woh kidnapping aur MMS ki baat kar raha tha" Dida said weeping.

"Kyun kiya tune aisa Sanskaar batao Laksh se tumhari aisi konsi dushmani hai woh tumse kitna pyaar karta hai" Annapurna asked.

"Kyunki Maa iss Laksh ki wajah se meri Kavita aaj iss duniya mein nahi hai. Iss ke gadi ne maara meri Kavita ko aur Durga Prasad ne apne bete ko bachane ke liye Kavita ko kahi chupa liya meri Kavita ko.Mujhe usse aakhri baar bhi dekhne nahi diya aur mujhe ghar se bahar nikal diya aur iss hatyare ko iss ghar mein freely ghumne diya. Kyun? Kyunki Laksh unke apne bete hai? Iski har galti ko maaf karte gaye abhi bhi apne bete ki khushi ke liye yeh Durga Prasad Maheshwari iss Bengalan ko apna bahu sweekar karne ke liye raji ho gaya inke liye apna adhyaksh ka pad bhi chod diya" Sanskaar said finally breaking his silence and poured his heart out.

Par Swara ko kyun bich mein kyun laya usne tumhara kya bigara tha" Shekhar demanded grabbing Sanskaar by his collar shaking him violently.

"Main manta hoon ki iss mein Swara ki koi galti nahi thi par Swara ka durbhagya yeh thi ki Laksh usse bahut pyaar karta tha thik waise hi jaise main meri Kavita se pyaar karta tha karta hoon. Swara ko dukh dena matlab Laksh ko dukh dena agar mein Laksh ko dukh deta toh usse itna dard nahi hota jaise Swara ko coma mein dekh ke isse huwa tha" Sanskaar said crying.

"Kavita ko maine nahi maara" Laksh said finally breaking the silence.

"Jhooth mat bol! I know your car! That was your car that hit Kavita!!!" Sanskaar roared.

"It was stolen, My car was stolen I went shopping with Chachaji and Maa" Laksh said.

"Haan beta Laksh sach bata raha hai" Sanskaar's dad Ram Prasad( aka Chachaj)i said.

"Yeh sach hai Sanskaar" Annapurna said.

"Yeh rahi uss gaadi ki chori hone ki F.I.R and that car thief died shortly after that in a police car chase" Laksh handed Sanskaar a sheet of paper.

"Why didn't you tell me then?" Sanskaar asked softening.

"I tried to contact you but you disappeared without a trace aur wapas mile bhi toh iss haal mein toh main kaise bata tha" Laksh replied.

"Dekho Sanskaar ne khud apne muh se sach bola hai ye sab issi ne kiya hai mujhe iss ne blackmail kiya tha I'm innocent Swara believe me, Maa aapko apni Ragu pe bharosa hai na? Dadima? Papa main bae kasoor hoon" Ragini pleaded.

"Door raho meri Shona se" Laksh blocked Ragini from a shocked struct Swara.

"Main innocent hoon aur yeh gun-gun kya laga rakha hai kahan hai gun? Kaunsi gun ki baat kar rahe hai aap log?" Ragini asked.

"Bas kar ladoh apni galti maan le" Dadi said crying.

*SLAP* Swara slapped Ragini with all her might before collapsing on the floor whimpering.

"*Gasp* Laksh" Swara choked.

Laksh punched Ragini's stomach making her let go of Swara's neck.

"*Cough Cough*" Swara coughed finally free from Ragini's grip.

"I'm f-fine" Swara managed to gasp out.

"YOU F**KING B**CH I'LL KILL YOU!!!!!!!" Laksh slapped Ragini hard making her lips bust and blood began to spill from her busted lips. Yet Laksh still continued to beat the c*ap out of Ragini.

"Bas kijiye Lakshya ji you will kill her. Kanun ko apne haath mein mat lijiye isse saza kanun degi" The Inspector and his colleagues pulled Laksh away and held him back.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA *SNIFF* HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA *COUGH* HAHAHAHAHAHA" Ragini laughed and cried like a total lunatic whilst clutching her stomach in pain.

"Stay back or I'll shoot" Ragini quickly snatched the Inspector's gun and pointed it towards everyone then aimed at Swara.

But Laksh just ignored her and shielded Swara facing his back towards Ragini holding Swara tightly in his arms.

"Bas karo Ragini Swara ko marne se Laksh tumhara nahi hoga" Sanskaar tried to stop her.

"Kya faida uss sansaar pe jine ka jahan pe meri Shona nahi hai" Laksh turned to Swara and embraced her tightly closing his eyes.

"Hat jayiye Laksh ji" Ragini closed her eyes then pulled the trigger.

Chapter 25

"Dadi!!!!!!!" Swara screamed seeing Dadi collapse on the floor after getting hit on the stomach by the bullet Ragini fired.

"Why did you do this dadi?" Swara asked holding Dadi in her arms crying.

"Maine thare Maa ko marne ki koshish ki thi na? Ussi paap ka prayaschit karna tha mare ko" Dadi replied smiling despite the pain.

Ragini taking the advantage of everyone's distraction aimed the gun at Swara.

*Crash* *Thud*

Ragini fell down unconscious.

"Kamini aur kitna gire ge" Sujata had hit on Ragini's head with a vase knocking Ragini out.

"Take her away" Durga Prasad ordered pointing at Ragini.

"Take us too" Sanskaar and Sujata told the police.

"Par aap dono ne toh anjane mein kiya" Laksh said.

"Misunderstanding mein bhi humne jo kiya uski saza toh humein milni hi chahiye" They replied then got on the police jeep and it drove off taking taking them away.

-One Year Later-

"Welcome back Bhai" Laksh smiled hugging Sanskaar.

"Thank you for picking me up Lucky" Sanskaar hugged back smiling.

"Welcome back Sanskaar~" Swara said giving him a flower bouquet.

"Acha Chachi keh rahi thi when she got out of jail six months ago that Ragini was still saying that she was innocent" Swara informed.

"Tsk! Naam mat lo uss naagin ka" Laksh said angrily.
