you don't have to take math for this yaar. is helly is shorter than tejaswi, and tejaswi is shorter than varun, then tejaswi is closer to being "almost equal" in height to varun than helly is. ok so let me lay out their heights to you...Varun height is 5'8 (and I'm half inch shorter than him, serial ppl are short😆), Tejaswi is 5'4-5'5, helly is 5'3. Therefore, out of the two girls tejaswi is closer to varun's height. but having said that, this is all a moot point of discussion, Laksh and Sanskaar are equal in height so therefore it is a silly line of logic to say they'll be with one girl or the other cos they're taller or shorter.
@jerry: hon shipping does matter. and the reason Kasautii survived that blow was because of reasons that swaragini can't pull off right now. the reason they changed the track to bajaj after aparna was villainised was due to cezanne and shweta's issues- they didn't wanna romance again and shweta threatened to quit, that ship would've sank if shweta had quit, thats why they didn't even really go deep into bajaj's involvement in separating prerna and anu and his hand in anu's rejection of sneha. no anu-prerna fan would've accepted another prerna. and most importantly the smart thing they did to retain as many viewers as possible after prerna-rish marriage was bring in leap and introduce new couple interests- shravan kasak and most importantly mukti prem and then many followed them cos they had the young couple usp that prerna anu had. also they continuously kept prerna anu relationship in murky waters and on the fence. everytime the trp dipped lower than liking they killed bajaj or made him disappear and made anu prerna's one and only hamdard to scintillate the viewers (they winning jodi awards well into 2007 even, they stopped being a couple in 2004/2005?) and that caused the desired spike. this hamdardi also made all of anu's many wives crazy, and it made bajaj crazy as well who made anu do weird things to pass his virginity test (😆) all the time. if swaragini pulls any of the aforementioned tricks, i don't think it can last cos they'd need to leap- too early on and not famous enough, introduce other couples...i guess i wouldnt be opposed to watching uttara's love story with a bengalan, or keep the swaryans tittilated- ragini can continue being a villain and snacker will make laksh jump rope, whilst laksh and swara continue swooning to humdard and sangini fans will flee.
so all in all... disaster heading swaragini. the thing is swaragini's rishta was barely ever the usp of the show. maybe ppl who watched the first 10 eps would've been disappointed later but most people started watching after a week or two. by then it was already the swara, occasionally the swarya show, with special guest ragini showing up in her salwar suit to remind us that its a show about two very different sisters trying to play parent trap (except with one sister and her best friend/now boy friend doing all the work). the usp of the show was lost then already by episode 30. the drop in trp is due to not only ragini being evil but also that viewers don't really know the usp of the story. thus are mostly loyal to characters or ships rather than the story. RS other shows had a very specific usp in the beginning, long enough to develop loyalty, swaragini hasn't had that. the unfocused melodrama is discouraging the swarya and sangini fans, who are the majority lets face it. most people who watch the show at face value don't think of swasan as a thing and now probably hate the idea of ragya. and at this point they do need to retain their shippers cos a large portion of trp aunties are huge Dhrishti Dhami fan and they will follow her upcoming show on zee in the same timeslot.
