so true di,wow.kaash CVs ke paas itne akkal hote ki wo ye sab baatein samajh paatein.but swara can have her own style trendy anarkalis and all,WHY COPY RAGINI??

ratna my issue isn't her changing her wardrobe to look like ragini's- thats immaterial, she can start wearing a burkha if that pleases her but she shouldn't HAVE to change her wardrobe because she's entering the maheshwari household to fit in. theres nothing wrong with her current wardrobe and theres no rule that she needs to dress differently after marriage. the guy marrying her knew her taste in clothes and liked that aspect of her as well. the maheshwari family isn't under any compulsion to accept swara- not laksh, not swara has ever pressured them. they want to accept swara because she's a great girl right? then they must accept swara as she is, without expectation of change. if she decides to wear sarees everyday onwards after marriage as a sign of respect to her in-laws then thats her choice, it shouldn't be an expectation. my issue is with what clothes represent to the maheshwaris and what clothes represent in the serial, like they are the embodiment of personality, thats the message they're sending out which is untrue.

coming to the topic...one by one...
i agree completely that one should be judged on inner self not appearance...ragini is way wrong turning to someone else to win love as per baba srk lolz..she is not just turning clothes...but also her identity...her personality...
but swara...shes not doing this to impress anyone...shes doing this for the role she will be playing now...I m quite opposite here...those clothes are the tradition of maheshwari family...and she is going to be their bahu..and I don't find it any wrong if she follows their tradition...she should...and m in support of this...she changing her dress doesnt mean she is changing herself...she will be the same swara...but I too don't mean she give up her western attire...she should use it sometimes..,but feel we should expect anyone to his mindset in a second...for ex. I don't like tea...u can't expect me to just start drinking it on daily basis...I will need some t to adapt to it...in a family like mahwshwari who always followed traditional dresses, I don't expect them to accept the western attire so suddenly...the change though can be bought out slowly...so m solely with swara following the tradition..
