Society and its love for Ragini. - Page 3

Ragini was the typical Indian character that every TRP aunties can fall in love with and did fall in love with. Ragini has had her heart broken in million of pieces. She was always made to behave in a certain manner. Her mother died, her father lacked a backbone and never supported her. She had a suppressed life. She thought she could fly with Lucky but he used her for his own benefit and led her on. And decided he did not want anything to do with her as he loved her sister but could not tell her that in her face. (Lucky might have had his reasons but that was plain wrong, even his fans should admit that.) The makers kept showing that thus ensuring the TRP aunties bonded with her.

But then Swara was the same, she was show strong on the outside, but inside she kept breaking because of her not acquiring her father's love, etc. She was shown as a victim, and that slap by Shekhar and the insult Shekhar ensured she endured after that was enough to build a bond with the trp aunties. Swara tried very hard to be sisters with Ragini when she found out etc. She refused to acknowledge she had any feelings for Lucky because of Ragini. Again, this types of activities does help in building a bond with the aunties at home.

However, Swara is mostly loved by the online audience (thats what sort of transpires). This forum is mostly full of Swara fans but that does not mean Ragini is not loved!Swara or Ragini alone cannot run this show. I am not saying this to be offensive to anyone BUT its a known fact. This show's USP is not Swara and her love for Lucky. The USP of this show is not Ragini's obsession with Lucky.

The USP of this show was always the SISTERS! SWARAGINI. The makers have murdered their own show because of their lack of creativity.

The makers have made Ragini the villain so they can highly stress how great Swara is. Only one person has suffered here and that is the actress playing Ragini. And that makes me sad! And I think the audience will form an instant dislike towards Swara because of that, despite it not being Swara's fault.

I gave up on this show when I realised the makers had no originality in them. The show will end very soon! The makers need not worry about that if they continue to show Ragini in this manner as the character butchering of hers is not disgestible. Her mother was an honest woman despite knowing her husband did not love her, and was ready to sacrifice, so why turn her daughter into a villain? Ragini knew Lucky did not love her, etc. This is the high of the makers' idiocy.

Ragini was willing to sacrifice Lucky (when she didnt know) so her father could marry her step mother. That was the true essence of her character. Swara has been shown as a bimbo by encouraging Ragini to further fall for Lucky, and that was a big flaw in her character as Swara didnt bother to acquire all the facts and kept pushing Ragini.

SWARAGINI used to be wonderful characters but alas to make one mahan they butchered the other.
