honnestly to tell the truth I can never imagine such a situation 😆 I'm from Tahiti and has a maternal grand father Indian and as French territory each one do what we want in life even 3 year old kid of my sis talks already about her requality rights or being not hit by her mother for her wrong doings as her right😉 so one thing we'll definitely do is throw whole family out who are making demands and gladly go on with our lives as if nothing happened as it won't be something judged even not worth giving our thaughts 😉 as siblings we do always lend hand to eachothers emotionally and if needed financially but each one makes our own lives on our sides without guilt nor feeling responsible for lives of our siblings as we always trust eachothers intelligent and mature enough to make decisions without the need to live in eachothers shoes😆 so maybe this is why I just might not get the whole picture 😉
Ahh okay.. I come from a similar background. Personally I would've thrown the Chauhan's out myself.😆
I just think you can't judge something from only one side.. in their relationship Naina thought it was reasonable to go against Meghna and sacrifice her happiness for her Meghna's. But then the consequence of that is that Naina's marriage is not completely independent of Meghna.
I guess what I am trying to say is that Naina can't have it both ways. If you think its your right to go against your sister's wishes and sacrifice your life for her happiness, you can't expect your sister to not do the same. If she's as good a sister as you are, then she will feel obligated to return the favor to ensure your happiness. Because there is no way she can be happy if you have to live a half life.
The problem stems from the fact that Naina didn't allow Meghna to make a decision to sacrifice her happiness for the family's swabhiman-- which is actually what Meghna wanted to do. All these moments of Meghna acting out stems from her not being allowed a choice in that moment. Naina made a decision for what she thought was Meghna's happiness even though it wasn't really. Now she has to deal with Meghna trying to correct the initial wrong.
