But here the younger sister didn't also respect the elder sister's decision to cancel her marriage because of an unreasonable condition. Meghna was right to say that I don't want a happy life at the expense of my sister's happiness. But Naina and Sharda imposed their decision on her.

Try to think if you were in Meghna's position where your doli was about to leave but the boy's side made a condition that your younger brother had to get married to a girl he can never have a normal married life with? How would you react? Wouldn't you feel selfish to say that's his decision... when you know that decision was made solely your happiness? If he took a decision for your happiness you'd feel responsible for his too.

honnestly to tell the truth I can never imagine such a situation 😆 I'm from Tahiti and has a maternal grand father Indian and as French territory each one do what we want in life even 3 year old kid of my sis talks already about her requality rights or being not hit by her mother for her wrong doings as her right😉 so one thing we'll definitely do is throw whole family out who are making demands and gladly go on with our lives as if nothing happened as it won't be something judged even not worth giving our thaughts 😉 as siblings we do always lend hand to eachothers emotionally and if needed financially but each one makes our own lives on our sides without guilt nor feeling responsible for lives of our siblings as we always trust eachothers intelligent and mature enough to make decisions without the need to live in eachothers shoes😆 so maybe this is why I just might not get the whole picture 😉

Ahh okay.. I come from a similar background. Personally I would've thrown the Chauhan's out myself.😆

I just think you can't judge something from only one side.. in their relationship Naina thought it was reasonable to go against Meghna and sacrifice her happiness for her Meghna's. But then the consequence of that is that Naina's marriage is not completely independent of Meghna.

I guess what I am trying to say is that Naina can't have it both ways. If you think its your right to go against your sister's wishes and sacrifice your life for her happiness, you can't expect your sister to not do the same. If she's as good a sister as you are, then she will feel obligated to return the favor to ensure your happiness. Because there is no way she can be happy if you have to live a half life.

The problem stems from the fact that Naina didn't allow Meghna to make a decision to sacrifice her happiness for the family's swabhiman-- which is actually what Meghna wanted to do. All these moments of Meghna acting out stems from her not being allowed a choice in that moment. Naina made a decision for what she thought was Meghna's happiness even though it wasn't really. Now she has to deal with Meghna trying to correct the initial wrong.

Frankly I can't imagine myself in a situation like Naina or Meghna, where others make decisions for you. I am the only daughter of my parents and have 2 brothers, but at home we all have equal rights and we have been brought up to make our own life decisions when right ok and when wrong you learn from it and move on...

But logically I feel Meghna has every right to be hurt , angered or what not
First of all she wanted to stop her marriage when the grooms family started demanding, Sharda and Naina forced her to go ahead with marriage and what she didn't want , eventually happened. One sister was not willing to sacrifice the others happiness and the other sacrificed her happiness freely
And when Naina got to know abt Karan, she still kept it a secret from her sister...she may have valid reasons, but hiding is lying in a way. Now the truth has come in front of Meghna in such a way that this was bound to happen.
But I am sure that no matter what , Naina's happiness is the most important for Meghna, these sisters love each other too much, that's why I don't think she will try to separate NaiRan

And I do hope that when the time is there incase VeerDa happens for real, that both sisters will also stand rock solid for their mom, becoz I am sure society will throw alot of dirt at Sharda if something happens btwn her and Veer

You know I've watched so many hindi serials that Naina and Meghna's situation doesn't seem all that farfetched to me. 😆 I think the beauty of fiction is that it allows us to expand on our own experiences and think from the perspective of others who live in different circumstances.

Once Meghna realizes where Naina's happiness lies she will be fine. The trick will be in Meghna believing Naina.. but after not being honest for fear of hurting Meghna and Sharda.. it will be hard for Meghna to believe Naina's words.

Lol... here I was looking forward to Meghna's tashan.😆

Honestly I really feel they threw in Meghna throwing rocks at CM's banner for a reason. Meghna initially is not going to trust Veer. But i am sure she'll come around when she sees its for her mother's happiness. Meghna never cared about what society thinks-- she just wants her mom and sis to be happy. I am sure she will throw all the dirt back at society..😆

Honestly speaking i never really got sharda s reason to get meghna married so early that to in a family whom hardly knows and who kept making stupid demands hell she even begged for it all these badly reflects on character sketch

At the same time never got meghna s reason to agree to the wedding just because the guy turned out to be kunal or just because het mother asked her to

I find she could have tried to maker her mothet understand

About karan s truth the only person karan owes an explanation for not informing about the matter beforehand is naina because she is his wife

Plus naina would have told meghna someday its just that she didn't find the right time

I think abt Karans truth...the Chauhaan family owed an explanation to Sharda from the start...they say marriage is not only between a girl and a guy, but also btwn 2 families and honesty is required from both sides, especially something like Karans case
And Karan should have told Naina straightforward abt his condition, instead of making her look like the guilty one in this relation...if Naina didn't refuse the marriage becoz of her sister's happiness than Karan also didn't utter a word becoz of his brothers happiness.
But I am sure Meghna will come around, in my opinion she is right from her point of view, but for her Sharda's and Naina's happiness come first. And when she sees Naina happy with Karan, I am sure she will stand by her sister.
