The spoiler found in below link and doesn't know it's true or not and so don't come to any conclusion, I've posted becoz I've come a crossed it so thought to share it.

Naina wants karan to play holi forgetting about his allergy issues. So she bought organic colors for him so he can play and enjoy holi like others. But somehow colors get changed and karan gets allergic due to that and Naina gets worried and she also thinks that organic colors cant affect him like this and tires to find out the truth.
Later Naina finds that sndhya is the one who changed the organic colors.
But the spoiler is true or not I personally feel like as Naina is smart I think she will think over the issue how the oraganic color can affect karan like this and she will come to know about sandhya behind it and naina will think of it and while coming to her room she will find karan medicine and notices the medicines have been expired and she will ask sandhya about it and she will tell from know she will take care of karan medicines.
About sisters: Both Meghna and Naina are smart, helping and supporting each other but even then they have to be more careful and should share their problems among themselves. Yes I agree they both care for each other but by sharing themselves they can become strong to solve the problems. (I feel sisters are not sharing anything, naina thinks meghna will get angry and will also worry for her and meghna thinks naina already having problem and by sharing everything she will also get worried).
Meghna knows sandhya is the one who doesn't let her work in office and if Naina also finds sandhya is behind the color spike and if both the sisters hide themselves what will be the result. So the sisters bond plays a very important role.
If they hide each other then Nk and sandhya will make use of that opportunity and for meghna and naina there are lots of things to change in chauhan house.
