NaiRan story already started, they are taking baby steps towards eachother...

and this is a very good idea, that Khyati falling in love because Vishal will cure Karan, but that too will take time, first their love hate relation needs to start..and I have a feeling VisTy will start with hate, and then Vishal might fall in love first..😉

No Vishal won't fall in love first. Khyati will. That will be the best. Slap on NK's face and Khyati eating humble pie.
I feel it will be a joint effort from Vishal and Naina.

It'll definitely be naina as she is the only person Karen seems to share his real self and thaughts 😆and it seems she is the only one he has al least of trust in too so it'll be naina 😆 agree with you nami😉 it'll be with secret help of vishal 😆
