NaiRan are just so adorable man! Finally, slow and steady, they are moving forward. I love such slow burn stories! They show so many shades of a relationship. And this is what we are treated to with NaiRan.
After the truth has come out, Karan has been extremely restless. He can't bear the fact that Naina is upset with him. Underlying all his efforts last week, when he tried to get the gift, when he tried to speak to Naina, was this restlessness and the desire for Naina to acknowledge him once again. It bothered him that she didn't speak to him. And that prompted the realization that he needed to take a step forward to make this right. Which he did today.
As soon as Naina came into the room, he wanted to stop her. When she was leaving, he finally mustered up the courage and asked her to sleep here. Naina stopped but didn't say anything. And that got to him. He was desperate for her to talk. "Kuch to bolo. Jab tum nahin bolti na, to mujhe irritation hota hai." From someone who couldn't bear to be with her, he is now irritated when she doesn't talk to him. Awww! ❤️ He is slowly getting used to her. She still doesn't say anything and he presses on. "Tum jeet gayi Naina. Tum yah dikhana chahti thi ki ye sab maine shuru kiya hai, to haan ,ye maine hi shuru kiya tha aur ab main hi isse khatam kar raha hoon. Naina I'm Sorry!" THIS. One sorry, and Naina melted. She was so surprised he apologized. She may not have realized it but probably that was all she wanted. One acknowledgement that he had hurt her, that he was wrong. And she got it from him.
How cute was Karan trying to explain how they would divide the room. 😆 And the Chhaata comes in handy! Hats off cvs for this unique idea! In his blabbering, Karan didn't realize that he said a big thing. While placing the chhaata on the bed he said," Isse humare beech ki dooriyan bhi bani rahengi." 💔 And Naina winced.🥺 Karan unknowingly goes half a step ahead and one step back. Naina knows this but she still chooses to look at the positive side.👏
Karan goes and lies down and is worried about whether Naina will come or not. He refrains from looking at her because he thinks she will get conscious and stop. Awww!!! These two are so hesitant around each other, walking on egg shells all the time. Its so endearing! ❤️
Naina now has the most conflicted expression on her face. She is happy, half smiling but also wondering about where this relation is going. She goes and lies down on the bed. And Karan releases the breath he was holding. Such beautiful nuances these two have!👏 Naina's monologue was completely on point. She has figured Karan out to the T. "Bilkul nariyal ki tarah hai, upar se sakht aur andar se Narm. Dikhata hai ki usse koi farak nahi padta par andar se bohot farak padta hai, care karta hai." Awww! Koi na Naina, Karan is soon going to give you enough reasons to think that he cares properly.
And on that note, HOW EXCITED IS EVERYBODY FOR THE BAMBOO FALLING INCIDENT???? I just cannot wait! It look so so good in the segments! Haye!
