i would hate it if meghna turns black though. the girl is stunning shaded. hope her character is handled well since she will be sporting less than pristine white shades.

and i am really looking forward for Karan and naina's story. it has potential to be a hatke one. and i am all for hatke stories.

can't say i agree with that. for all her maa ka swabhimaan chants what has she done to uphold that till vidaai time? i found her character promising from the promos. a girl with sass and spunk. how refreshing.

for all her high level degrees is she any different from goan ki chori who has to married off after coming of age to the first available guy to utharo bhoj from family's seena?

barring few odd flashes of rebellion what has she done for her ma in this entire marriage scenario? for a girl so high on intellect and intelligence she didn't score much in observational skills.

having sex before marriage is no sin. but Sharda's moral values prohibit that. meghna may think that she is married to Kunal and hence 'ek hai' is alright. but that marriage holds no value in front of law. ok let the doli go back empty. no bowing down to anyaay. approach law and all but what if she falls pregnant meanwhile? what would be the status to the child? and her family?

that premarital sex step of hers tilted the scales for naina and sharda.

so meghna too is responsible for the fiasco that has happened.

the only true blue innocent victim here is .. karan.
naina too is being selfishly sacrificial. her intentions are right though.
but karan?

Sangeita is slaying as meghna. and her vows and ulte phere are fierce. and i want her to shake the foundations of NK's empire and Sandhya's rule. but can't give her clean chit too.

neither this serial nor the characters are perfect examples of swabhimaan in whatsoever ways.
all are flawed. everyone messed up one way or the other.
it is how the story proceeds from here will shape the characters.
