Why will karan agree to this marriage?

i am wondering how they manage to get karan to agree. It must have been something big for him to agree to marry. Especially spoilers are saying that NK is the one who wants narains wedding. Karan hates NK so it is surprising that karan agrees to marry naina.

We've come up with a bunch of theories - we will find out soon (hopefully this week) how close we have come 🤣 But I assure you, Karan won't agree - as in do it completely willingly 😆

I watched all media segments..Karan is nowhere to be seen.But nairan marriage happened and it still remains a mystery...i think we have to wait for 1more week

It's so weird Karan will agree to marrying Naina 😆 Maybe NK threaten Karan or else Kunal won't get married. So, for his brothers happiness he will agree to the marriage but won't accept Naina as his wife
