I think that he really loved Suvreen. Isliye he left. Coz he doesn't want to see Suvreen with someone else.

agree .not becoz...he don't want to c her wid someonelse...but...he knows yuvreen love each other...and yuvi is perfect 4 suvi...maddy wants suvi to be happy...but he really missess her...as he said..."main tujse phir se kahinn takra jaoonga , jaise 1st time takraya tha "...his words were painful...😭
