This is just a post to say that no character in this show is perfect. Every single sg character has it's weak points, it's bad points, it's cons- however you wanna term it.
So no matter who is your favorite charcter and why, no one can say their fav chatacter is perfect bc just like in reality, in this show also, no one is perfect! And lets not kid ourselves, whoever reads topics and comments here, all know that there are several ppl here who support a character bc of the actor, and attack other characters to belittle them & prop their fav up.
What's wrong is the unfair viewing of characters. With the exception of Alisha, who is more unanimously despised. Other characters are never really criticized when they do wrong, everyone always sees their viewpoint & comments in their favor only. I've noticed if the other characters lie, are rude, has an outburst, hides something, has a drunken one night stand, etcetera- they all get a clean chit. This list includes suvreen, rc, etc. as a whole no one fan or not says much if anything.
Yet if the character yuvraj does anything, not talking about the party thing here, talking about anything he does- he gets the most overboard criticism as well as some bashing. His fans do constructively criticize him, and his haters hve a field day! But already yuvraj fans comment on his bad, instead of only praising his good. Never really seen this happen with any other character though..
And for anyone who thinks yuvraj doesn't deserve suvreen and rc or samar does- just want to say, you may dislike or hate yuvi, but plz tell me how these two are far superior. They also have their weak points, just like yuvi. One is a former teacher who had feelings for her when she was a student (inappropriate), and he had a drunken one night stand. The other, some ppl like for his character and sure he's given her advice. But nothing to the extent of deserving her. Oh he did get over the top angry at her, also as manhandled her in the office, and can be rude and nosy. But just like rc, no one ever criticizes samar. I have no problem with either character. It's only when ppl place them on a pedestal, and say they deserve suvreen, and yuvraj doesn't- that is what's wrong. Like whoever you want and pair whoever you want. But plz magnifying every little thing of yuvi and ignoring any non-positive thing of samar and rc, is just ridiculous. Judge every character equally, it's not fair to keep certain characters pov in mind and for another you dislike, to blow their actions out of proportion. Which no one can deny happens with yuvraj always, on this forum.
Just about everybody is quick to jump to conclusions w/ yuvi and never try to see his side.
I'm not even a rc or samar fan, but I always try to see their side too, and I never bash them nor do I make remarks like their fans aren't sane. Which yes was recently said for yuvreen fans.
That made me want to share some much needed things on the other two guys, who's any neg action gets brushed away, while anything for yuvraj gets blown up.
Also why can't anyone ever see Yuvraj's good points- like he unconditionally loves her, he's always there for suvi no matter what even when she was angry with him he helped in fashion show. He helped her get admission in college, saved her from gyanesh, came to Mumbai for her, etcetera (to be continued).
To wrap this up: I didn't bash any character, I just said it like it is. If you dislike yuvraj, and are going to comment, then plz do so without personally attacking me or yuvreen fans in general.
