Any guesses? Vivaan calls him "Dost" and not "Dad".. mysterious hmmm??

Well who knows vivaan ko kya hain aur kya nahi...m not saying usko bhi hoga..but we actually don't know anything about this kid..so..m just trying some permutations combinations..😛
