It was awesome. You made me cry. I really felt bad for her.. But her strength and composed nature amazed me. She answered arjun really in a proper way even if in the darkest nature of her life. Awesome. I am outta my words.

I have finally Unresed!
I am so sorry, I have been busy with my work, and when that's not it, I indulge in writing my own updates so didn't get the time... But then I loved the OS...and I have been unresed on Pg 3😳

Hi Ramya!

It was a pleasure reading this OS.
It is wonderful how you chose to write on the feelings of such a neglected character of the Epic, and presented her in such a strong way.
I for one believe that each woman of the Mahabharata has been strong in her own way, and Dushala, is definitely one.
I like your expression when you write, and what I loved most was how you gave darkness a positive connotation when bringing forth Dushala's point of view. Also, how she feels about the her own brothers, the Dhyut Sabha, her husband and everyone.
The end, was superb!
Continue writing...you are a wonderful writer!😃

Thank you soo much Navika! 😳 😳 I believe that every character in the epic has his own perspective and exploring a neglected character feels fascinating! Thanks again. Glad you liked it. 😃
PS-I have started to read your ss but the updates are too long and i have been busy. But will try my best to finish and comment soon. 😳 😉

This is so depressing yet beautifully written 👏👏👏
Truly loved this OS ❤️
Dushala is unfortunately one of the most underrated characters of the Mahabharat. She is rarely mentioned except when Jayadrath and his molestation of Draupadi is spoken about. What she feels having 100 brothers and yet noone who cares for her but merely for Duryodhan to get the throne. What she feels knowing who is right and wrong and yet having no power to change anything only because she is a woman born in the Kuru Clan. That was a different time and age and Mahabharat is an epic that mentions women only who give birth to the warriors, not the others that suffered the consequences of being on the wrong side.
